Cadgwith is a holiday cottage set in beautiful countryside between the coast and creeks of the north Lizard area.

It is only two miles from the picturesque Helford River and only 1.5 miles from the coast and sea, 1.5 miles from the village of St Keverne, and 10 miles from Helston (with 24 hour supermarkets). Kennack Sands, a lovely beach, is about 5 miles..

Coverack, a delightful and popular coastal village with excellent beach, small fishing harbour, and lovely coastal walks, is only three miles away.

The cottage is in Tregowris, a small hamlet, and is one of seven similar properties converted from farm buildings.

It's ideally placed for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat within easy reach of good birdwatching, gardens, walking, sailing and watersports, golf etc.

Cadgwith cottage sleeps up to four, in one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.

The cottage has a living room with dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen, a TV with dvd player and i-pod dock, a hi-fi system, and night storage heater. There's a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer, and a microwave as well as conventional oven and hob.

The bathroom has a toilet and shower, and an electric heater and shaver point. Both bedrooms have night storage heaters and there are supplementary electric fires if needed.

Outside the property there is a fenced garden area with garden furniture, as well as a larger communal garden and parking area. Coverack offers comfortable holiday accommodation and is the ideal place to relax and unwind.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elizabeth (the owner) a message.

If Elizabeth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
