'Flocon de Neige' is a fully refurbished, self-catering apartment in Courchevel 1650, Moriond, in the Trois Valleys, French Alps. The facilities are fabulous, with a fully fitted kitchen, large TV and media centre with hundreds of films on offer. There are two bedrooms (double & twin) with a sofa bed in the lounge. Living area has a large corner sofa, sofa bed and 6 place dining table. There is a modern bathroom with twin sinks and a powerful shower, separate toilet room and plenty of storage and hanging space for all of your equipment.

The apartment is 5 minute free bus ride to Courchevel 1850 and a 5 minute stroll to the main town of Moriond. Offering Ski in/out to a free lift outside the private boot locker room is very convenient for exploring Courchevel and the 3 Valleys.

The apartment is on the top floor of 3 with great valley views and beautiful afternoon sunshine on those bright Spring and warm Summer days. The managed residence is really well maintained by the caretakers and there is always a plentiful supply of hot water for a nice hot shower at the end of a great day's skiing or boarding ! Being part of residence means there is use of the onsite wifi available in the main block and a games room with table football and table tennis available.

We only offer Saturday to Saturday rentals during the ski season. Change over day is Saturday. The rental cost includes bed linen and towels.

As well as being the perfect place to explore the 3 valleys ski area it is a great base for walking in the wonderful Vanoise National Park in the Summer, or you may enjoy cycling or mountain biking - all possible, as is golf on the beautiful 9 hole course. With a new Swim/Sauna/Wellness centre ‘Aquamotion’ opened in the village in Dec 2015, Courchevel Moriond is quickly becoming the jewel in the 3 Valley's crown.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dawn (the owner) a message.

If Dawn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
