Boutique styled, 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom Gîte.

Come, unpack and start to enjoy the peaceful location, sip a cool Rosé wine overlooking stunning vineyard county. Relax and read that book you've been intending to read all year. We have been providing gite holidays since 2006, we are based in the wine growing region of the Gironde (33) our Gite is a great base for house hunting in the Gironde (33), West Dordogne (24) & the North Lot et Garonne (47) Close to the pretty Bastied Village of Gensac, 33890. We have the wedding venues of Chateau Soulac and Chateau Rigaud within 5-10mins drive.. The Gite which is situated at the end of our country home has 2 bedrooms, both having an ensuite shower rooms. Intergrated kitchen with fridge freezer, eye level oven and microwave, induction hob, full size dishwasher and washer. A large open plan sitting room with 2 plush 3 seater sofas, English TV, Wifi, outside 10x5m inground pool with elevated views across the vineyards. Just a lovely place to ponder life.

*The owners do live on site, so are around to deal with any queries, requests or problems that you may have.

* we don't give exclusive use of the pool, as its our family home.

The property has a large lounge with an Wood burner (logs supplied if needed) Flat screen TV. uk channels only. A selection of games for the family. French doors lead to a covered sitting area and then onto an open garden. For your use an alfresco dining area with teak table and chairs and a BBQ overlooking the valley.

Two steps down from the lounge takes you into the Kitchen which is fully equipped with intergrated appliances and has a dining area. The good sized bedrooms are relaxing & comfortably furnished. Main bedroom has a 160cm bed & ensuit shower room. The second bedroom is set as a twin but can be converted into a double bedroom and access to their own shower room. This allowes two couples to share the gîte quite comfortably. A salon style hairdryer is supplied, as is all linen, bathroom towels, elec is included in the cost and for guests staying for more than one week a change of bedding and towels will be supplied.

Some recent reviews:-So good we are going back! The perfect base for a relaxing family holiday, with stunning views over beautiful vineyards. As soon as we arrived, the natural surroundings took our breath away and we relaxed immediately. The Gite was accurately described, spotlessly clean, well-designed and homely, with everything you could need. The owners were lovely - friendly and helpful, but respectful of our privacy throughout the holiday. The location was ideal and we often popped out for a short drive to a local town or market in the morning, canoeing or sightseeing, then spent a lazy afternoon by the pool, reading books before lighting the BBQ! One of our most memorable days out was to Saint Emilion, wandering around the cobbled streets and sitting in a café eating Galettes, whilst watching the world go by. Another favourite was our visit to Chateau de Claribes, a local organic vineyard, where we had a tour and a wine-tasting (even though it was raining that day, it didn't spoil our enjoyment). We had a wonderful, memorable family holiday, made new friends and can't wait to return next year - see you soon Lizzie!

Great Gite, We stayed at the Tuillerie for a week in July / August. We had a very friendly welcome from the owners, who conveniently live next door and are on hand to provide local knowledge without being intrusive. The welcome pack was perfect to make a great start to your break. The accommodation is well appointed and beds very comfortable. The kitchen is excellently equipped and has a range of modern white goods. The views and surrounding area to the Gite are just what you'd expect from the Dordogne - vineyards, corn and sunflower fields. The occasional deer even strolled through the gardens. The nearest Boulangerie is about 5-10 mins drive away, and Gensac for great food and WINE not much further. I would highly recommend this delightful Gite which is well maintained by friendly and suportive owners.

We returned for the second year after having such a great time last summer. Enjoyed it even more this year! The owner is very warm and friendly, she provided an excellent service where nothing was too much trouble. She is on hand whenever you need her but is very respectful of your privacy. The property is set in an idyllic location amidst beautiful countryside and vineyards, with amazing views. So peaceful and beautiful, yet within a short drive from small towns for shopping, boulangerie, local markets etc. The property has a lovely pool which we used everyday, especially as the weather became hotter or when we felt too lazy to venture out! The property is well-equipped with everything you could need for a self-catering holiday. There are lots of places nearby which are well worth a visit (many of which are detailed in the information folder at the property) Saint Emillion is lovely and Bergerac too. We travelled with our daughters (13) and (10) and we found plenty for them to do - we all had a fabulous holiday.
