Further details indoors

Millhayes has two good-sized living rooms - the family room has large sofas and flat screen TV and the sitting room has a wood burning stove, large sofa and armchairs, sound system and has a more traditional feel. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped and opens onto a stunning conservatory dining area with full-length windows on three sides giving spectacular views across the garden and valley beyond. The four bedrooms in the house are beautifully furnished and have lovely views. The bathroom and shower room are luxuriously fitted out. The thatched annexe is ideal for anyone who would like a little extra privacy or seclusion. It has a spacious bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, TV, DVD and tea and coffee making facilities. An ensuite shower room completes this self-contained eerie!

Further details outdoors

The garden is about an acre in size with terraces and lawned areas near the house; plenty of secluded spots to sit and read, admire the views, or just do nothing! Millhayes is surrounded by a variety of shrubs and traditional cottage flowers and, as a result, there is an abundance of birdlife. There is a large garden table and chairs on one of the terraces. The garden slopes downwards with an array of mature trees including willow, cherry and apple.
