Lovely house, south facing, promises you lots of light, and a panoramic view over the provençal village of Cotignac and its famous cliff of “tuff”.

The 100 m2 house, whose interior has been completely renovated with traditional materials, local and tastefully furnished. Nestled between olive trees and vineyards, the village and the house offer you mid-distance between Mediterranean sea, Nature of national park of the Verdon, beautiful cities (Aix-en-Provence, Nice, St tropez) and countless activities in the middle of provence from your tranquil holiday home.

Ground floor :

- Large living room furnished around a beautiful antique fireplace, TV and DVD player, WIFI access for 2014

- The equipped open kitchen and dining room overlooks the garden facing south west. A door provides access to the terrace and the garden, where sun beds, table and chairs are waiting for you to taste a nice glass of rosé wine. Large windows offer panoramic views over the village, the hill of Notre-Dame de Grâces, the provençal tiled roofs of the village and the Tuff cliffs, with its prominent towers overlooking Cotignac.

- Separate toilet with sink can also be found on the ground floor.

1st floor : The same exceptional view, south west exposure

- Bedroom 1: double bed (2 x 90 x 200),

- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90 x 200, or 1 double bed (on request),

- The large Bathroom, includes a large shower only, two sinks, a toilet and a washing machine

How do damage deposits work?

If Vana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
