A very spacious, well equipped, 2 bedroomed self catering apartment on second floor with lovely views to 3 sides over the pool, surrounding areas and towards mountains.

With large sliding doors from main sitting room opening onto a gorgeous little terrace.

It has 2 double bedrooms each with plenty of wardrobe space and a separate kitchen with full size hob and oven, large fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher and a shower room with washing machine.

The sitting room has large leather sofa and large TV with UK stations and wifi included.

Located on a popular part tourist, part residential complex in a convenient and quiet part of Costa Teguise. Easy to stroll to nearby shops, bars , restaurants and beaches. The complex has a shared pool and sunbathing roof terraces with plenty of space and great views. The pool is surrounded by safety fencing.

“Beautiful apartment in a great location”

The description of the apartment more than lived up to our expectations. It has a lovely traditional Spanish style but extremely well equipped and spacious. We were a party of 4 adults so really really appreciated the extra space it provided. There was a great choice of UK and Irish TV channels and reliable fast WiFi. The complex itself provides both adult and children's gated pools. There is a small supermarket located right beside the complex which was very very handy for small shopping and essentials. The location is perfect, less than 600 metres to the promenade and beach and not much farther to the main center of Costa Teguise itself. This was our second stay in the Golden Complex but our first in 301B and will definitely be returning there. It was great to know that Linda and Angela were on hand if required but we had no issues and didn't need to contact them. Looking forward already to a return visit.

301B Golden is a two bed apartment that is well laid out and provides good accommodation for up to 4 people. We travelled as a couple so thoroughly enjoyed the extra space offered. It's on the third floor (top) and gives a good view around both the complex and the local area and even provides a sea view from the front balcony, albeit limited. Cloudless summer sunsets from the rear windows will probably be awesome. The apartment is well equipped, particularly in the kitchen with more than enough cutlery/glasses etc and the bonus of a dishwasher and induction oven if you wanted to use them. We tended to eat out as all the Teguise facilities are readily available a short walk away. The television, which proved useful on the two rainy days we had, has numerous channels from 5 or 6 countries and we noted over 40 channels from the UK. The complex was very quiet and seemed mainly occupied by people living on the island. This means that the nice pool at the complex will probably not get too crowded by day with most of the owners away at work. For families there is a children's pool too. Not many books available in the apartment so bring your own and perhaps leave one to start the collection. These reviews are subjective of course but we had a very good stay here. Linda the owner was very helpful as was Angie the property manager during our stay If you are looking for a well equipped apartment in a quiet area but within easy walking distance of all that Costa Teguise has to offer.This could well be the place for you.
