Villa Helios - come to this delightful property in Costa Teguise for a wonderful family holiday!

This comfortably furnished villa offers self catering holiday accommodation comprising of a master bedroom incorporating a dressing area and fully fitted en-suite bathroom. There are two further twin bedded rooms and a full bathroom. One of the twin bedrooms has a patio door leading to a small patio area with table and chair.

The fully fitted kitchen comprises full sized oven and hob, electric kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine, iron and ironing board. Also included with this property now is filtered water - can be drunk straight from the tap - no need to carry heavy bottles home form the supermarkets now!

The spacious lounge/dining area has a full home entertainment system for those relaxing evenings in including digital satellite TV with UK channels, dvd player, Bluetooth wireless music speaker to use with your ipod/phone and Play Station 3. FREE WIFI.

Patio doors lead onto the sun and swimming pool terraces. Outside there are spacious sunbathing terraces and a heated swimming pool approx. 5m x 5m for enjoyable bathing all year round. Temp of pool is 27 degrees. and depth if .80m at one end and 1.50m at the other.

Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided for clients comfort together with a built-in Canarian barbeque for al fresco dining.

Travel cot and high chair are available FOC in this Villa.
