A SOUTH FACING Villa situated on one of the best resorts in Lanzarote. From the front door of the Villa it is just metres to the Plaza swimming Pool. The Resort has its own private beach front and sea-water fed lagoon. The resort has 6 beautiful plazas each with its own large swimming pool and separate children's pool, meaning it is never too busy even in the Summer months. Amarilla Plaza is just next to the Beachfront Plaza and the Mai Tai Restaurant/Bar and which has its own Heated Pool and Jacuzzi and is ideal for access to all the wonderful amenities the resort has to offer.

The resort has numerous on-site facilities such as The Mai Tai Restaurant/Bar, Supermarket, 2 Restaurants and Bars, Gym/Spa, Playground, Internet Cafe, Tennis Court and Kids Club and Entertainment. Just 5 minutes walk away is the Town with its many bars,shops and Restaurants and the award winning Las Cucharas beach.

The villa sleeps up to 6 people and has a FLAT SCREEN SMART TV with a hard drive loaded with films and music and DVD player to play your own favourite dvds. The villa has Its own patio and BBQ area, with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining and with the swimming pools just a few metres away from the patio this all makes for a very relaxing holiday. You can sunbathe by the pool just metres from your front door and you will be able to enjoy the convenience of having your Kitchen/Bathroom and Living Room beside the Pool. We have installed Ceiling Fans in the Living Room and the Bedroom to help to keep cool on those hotter nights.

You will have a Choice of swimming pools, private beach area, evening entertainment, games room, internet access and fully equipped gym.

The Kitchen is fully fitted and equipped and has a wine rack and breakfast bar. Queen-sized bed in bedroom, pull-down double bed in living area (behind mirrored doors) and double sofa-bed in living area. Table and chairs are also available for more formal dining. Cot and high chair can be hired from our caretaker.

Babysitting, cots and high chairs (local charge apply) are available on request.

“The Perfect Holiday”

We stayed at Pat and Agnes' apartment in the Sands Beach resort. The apartment was perfect for our week long holiday. There was a total of five people; two adult couples and one teenager. There was more than enough room for all of us to sleep in comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with proper glasses and plates, not the standard rubish we have had to use in other hotels or apartments in the past. The kitchen area was fully equipped with toaster, kettle, cooker, fridge and even a dishwasher. The bathroom was excellent with two big sinks, mirrors and the best shower we have used. Incredible pressure. The location of the apartment was perfect. Approximately 500 meters from the beach in one direction and about the same to reach the reception area. The resort itself was well situated and it was a very short walk to the supermarkets, shops and restaurants. We had a fantastic holiday and the accomadation and ease of access provided by Pat and Agnes was top quality. Highly recommended and somewhere we will definitley be visiting again.

We had a lovely stay at pat and agnes apartment in sands beach. Everything we could have wanted was in the apartment and everything was planned perfectly by the owners from check in to leaving. I'd have no hesitation in recommending the apartment and sands beach as a resort to stay in, especially for families.

“Fabulous Villa”

Had a ten day stay at this charming villa in early May. Well equipped with a very comfortable double bed, lots of space to cook and prepare food and a spacious lounge area for relaxing in when it gets too sunny. The resort where the villa is situated is extremely clean and the many pools are well serviced. Lots to do, including day trips to markets, caves and the spectacular volcanoes, as well as peaceful walks on the beach. The owners are lovely friendly people and very accommodating. We will definitely be returning to Amarilla No 9.
