This comfortable property occupies an end of terrace corner plot with a very sunny South/South West aspect. The house is fully air conditioned with heating for the cooler months.

The house is fully furnished and equipped and has an enclosed private garden and access to the communal pools and gardens.

The spacious lounge/diner has a corner leather suite, a 32 flat screen TV and has a limited selection of both English and Spanish freesat channels , a DVD player with a wide choice of DVDs which are available for your entertainment. There is a good selection of board games and books. The dining area comfortably seats 6. From the lounge French doors take you to a good sized corner garden furnished with two sun-loungers, a garden table and 6 chairs and a large stone built Spanish style barbeque for al fresco dining. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms all with double beds and built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has its own bathroom en suite with a large walk-in shower and also a private balcony with a breakfast table and two chairs.

There is also a family bathroom with a full size bath and shower over. From the landing there is an internal staircase leading up to the elevated private roof terrace with a table and six chairs and with fantastic views towards the Guadiana River and Portugal.

Within walking distance is a mini-market/cafe selling essential groceries and daily fresh bread where you can also sit outside and enjoy free wi-fi and a coffee or glass of wine. Costa Esuri Golf club is also closeby. The club welcomes guest players and offers attractive rates and golf packages . The West course is a challenging course which has been constructed along the banks of the River Guadiana. The clubhouse has a large bar and roof terrace with free wi-fi, restaurant, driving range and pro shop and has various activities and events throughout the year and is open to the general public.

There are many other local top quality golf courses within easy access and just a short drive across the bridge into Portugal.

Costa Esuri is set in an area of protected nature reserve and natural beauty which is home to many different species of birds so its also a great place for twitchers and walkers with many sign posted paths to chose from.

Ayamonte and Costa Esuri are easily reached by the IP 1 motorway which links Spain and Portugal. Low cost airlines fly to both Seville airport (90 mins drive away) and Faro airport (45mins drive away). Car hire or transfers from both airports are well organised and reasonably priced.

The picturesque port town of Ayamonte with marina, narrow streets and tree lined squares is a ten minute drive from the house. Ayamonte has a wide selection of boutique shops, tapas bars and great fish restaurants. A regular ferry takes you across the river to Villa Real de Santo Antonio in Portugal which is famed for its linen.

The marina and the beach resort of Isla Canela is just 10 minutes from Ayamonte. Here you will find some of the best unspoiled beaches in Spain with wide golden sands and a good selection of restaurants and bars.

Further afield the beautiful, historic city of Seville is easily reached in 90 mins by car or there is a regular coach service from Ayamonte.

For the more adventurous holidaymaker the historic cities of Cordoba and Granada can also be reached by car.

A car would be recommended to get the most from your holiday.
