Superb spacious apartment, all comfort, located in the beautiful complex Atlantico 1 in order of tourist license. 2 bedrooms (bed linen and toilet provided), a bathroom, kitchen (electric stove and oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, griddle, mixer, .....), laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner), spacious living room with sofa bed very comfortable, IPTV TV (3000 channels of all countries), fiber optic internet. Cot and high chair. It is located on the ground floor and at the corner of the residence from where larger terrace and view. Bus stop and taxi nearby (50 m), 3 secured swimming pools, tennis court, playground, private parking in the basement, 15 minutes from the South Queen Sofia airport and 12 minutes from Los Cristianos, 15 min from Las Américas. Golf courses nearby. All shops and many restaurants nearby, supermarket Hyperdino, pharmacies, ...... The mandatory cleaning fee of 50 € is not included in the reservation and will be hand delivered upon arrival to the lady who you will welcome (speaks French, Spanish, English). She can also pick you up at the airport against payment.

“beautiful Costa Silencio”

Lovely apartment in a peaceful residencial area .Inner courtyard and pool area was well kept.Underground private parking was a great bonus particularly in 30* heat! Great terrace gets sun all day until around 4pm but designed to provide shady area if you needed it .Apartment had everything you might need for a relaxing holiday. There are two large well stocked supermarkets as well as a few smaller ones all within easy walking distance .We found lots of great places to eat and drink with friendly helpful staff nearby. We enjoyed walking the coastal path taking in the fantastic views and finding little hidden cafes and bars on the way to LasGalletas .We had a wonderful much needed relaxing holiday in this lovely corner of Tenerife away from the bustle and noise of the larger resorts.Thanks also to Isabelle and her husband for being so helpful on our late arrival and then very kindly allowing us some extra time on our departure day due to our evening flights.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alain (the owner) a message.

If Alain (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
