Description

Ideal for couples or families of three. Two single beds and a sofa bed for one person. Wonderful apartment over the sea. Relax listening to the sound of the ocean or enjoying the spectacular views. Enjoy your dinner outdoors looking directly into the sea as the sun goes down slowly. The terrace and the room are in first line of sea. Nothing stands between you and the horizon of the Atlantic, sailing ships plying the area or bottlenose dolphins and pilot whales. The apartment complex is very well preserved, with gardens and a huge sparkling pool, there is also a children's pool. No elevator and easy parking. A security guard is 24 hours. It is a very sunny and warm all year round. Located along the coast and a nice walk along the sea with direct access from the apartments. It is close to restaurants and supermarkets (also with English products and the Netherlands) simply strolling. You can enjoy bathing in the sea 5 minutes walking, numerous natural pools. You can also approach the beach Cookies, black volcanic sand is a 20-minute walk. At 10 km you can visit the Siam Park, the largest water park in Europe; it will either both children and adults. Zoo Las Aguilas del Teide is 15 km away. Another recommended visit is the Teide National Park, located 36 km and where you can see the most spectacular volcanic scenery creation, or do any of the numerous free guided routes inside the park for all physical levels. If you prefer water sports, in the coastal town of Las Galletas (20 minutes walk) there are many diving companies that will facilitate the dives you want in very close and great visual quality points. In nearby ports I can also hire trips for whale and dolphin watching and whale watching, which also usually include a stop for swimming and lunch. There is a bus stop that will make easy the movement to any part of the island 350 meters.

“Very comfortable apartment with all you need”

Silvia the owner was very welcoming and informative when we met her on arrival. The apartment is in an idyllic position overlooking the sea and we spent many an hour on the balcony enjoying the views and the sound of the sea. The apartment is very comfortable and well designed with all the amenities you require. There are an abundance of high quality restaurants nearby with a well stocked supermarket a short walk away. This was a very relaxing holiday which we thoroughly enjoyed and hope to be able to repeat again. Thank you Silvia.

How do damage deposits work?

If Silvia Estefanía (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
