This lovely home, is on a quiet complex next to the pool. It is on a level walk to shops & restaurants. There is parking outside of the house, but car is not essential as bus stops just up the road connecting you to the island,

There is a filtered water system in the kitchen, so no need to carry heavy water bottles from the shops.

check out time 10am

check in after 1.30pm to allow for cleaning

Costa del selencia is a quieter area where a lot of ex pats have made there home. It is a reasonably flat area unlike a lot of Tenerife, so makes walking easier. There are lots of restaurants & supermarkets to choose from, And you have good transport links to the rest of the island. There are beaches, outdoor salt water pools & local village shops, banks & fishing harbours all within walking

Getting around

Just up the road from my house there is the bus stop, which lincs you to the whole island & the bigger resorts. This is a very cheap way of getting around. Down the road near some shops there is an excursion booking centre, where you can book on the big tourist trips to water parks, the castle & other big attractions. If you hire a car, you can normally park ouside the house & again the roads are clearly sign posted.

Interaction with guest

Im always at the end of the phone & try to answer messages asap. My mother lives in Tenerife & looks after the house for me, she is always at hand for any questions or problems.
