The house is fully equipped and secure. It is located in the quiet area of ​​Torviscas with sea and mountain. Close to all amenities, in minutes you can reach the tourist spots such as Las Americas, Fañabe or Los Cristianos. It has 4 bedrooms including a master suite with terrace, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, large living room with kitchen, laundry room, private pool and heated on request, 2 covered terraces, one with table and outdoor lounge, 3 private parking spaces

Smoking only outside. VAT is included in our prices; possibility of receiving an invoice. The charges and the linen are included. Breakage deposit in cash on arrival: 600 euros or equivalent in English pounds. The deposit is returned the day of departure after the inventory. Option: pool heating in winter season: 10euros / day to be paid in cash on arrival. For each reservation, a full rental agreement is established with information and cancellation policy.

“Awesome stay”

Just returned from our break away in this lovely villa last night so very much suffering from the holiday blues! But whilst its still fresh in the mind I want to write a review about our stay. As a family of 6- mum, dad and 4 kids aged between 4 and 17, this place was perfect. Brilliant size pool that we didnt have heated and was just perfect as it was. The younger kids practically lived in it and the inflatables provided were much appreciated. Plenty of outside space to enjoy dinner outside and for catching some sun. Also plenty of shaded places too for the young ones when it got too hot. Inside the villa was spotless and clean. It had everything we needed and little touches like a few uk plug adapters provided were appreciated. The villa was a lovely size- 4 good size bedrooms and plenty of family living space. Couldnt fault the villa at all. Location was good also. Nice and quiet but only 10 mins walk from the shop and 20 from the beach. Bit of a hill to climb coming home again but worth it for the beautiful views from the villa looking down to the water. Also taxi's were always on hand and cheap if needed. The owner Chris was brilliant- friendly and on hand if we needed him at all. Met us when we arrived and was there when we left, helping us out when our transfer didnt arrive on time. Nice guy. Would highly recommend this villa- we would love to go back again and we are all missing it very much today!!

We absolutely loved staying here. The Villa is so beautiful Gorgeous outdoor area, comfortable beds in bedrooms, swimming was perfect temperature We will be back!! Xx

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
