This is an original and large one bedroom ground floor apartment - not a converted from a cramped studio like others you may see.
The accommodation comprises a large one bedroom double bed, American kitchen with breakfast bar, large fridge/freezer , ample range of cups, glasses, crockery, and cutlery, . The living- dining room has a double bed settees, coffee table, TV, DVD, CD player, table and chairs. Patio doors lead onto the balcony which enjoys stunning mountain views and an evening sunset sea view from the patio path.
The complex itself is extremely peaceful. Step outside and you are right in the hustle and bustle of a thriving resort with dozens pubs, restaurants and shops.
Extremely popular and convenient location - the apartments are situated in south Tenerifé in the exclusive area of Torviscas Bajo, just a short walk from centre of Playa de Las Americas, and a 5 min walk to the beach or harbour. Tenerife South Airport is only 20 minutes away by taxi or bus, (which stops at the complex) around 35 minutes. There are many local attractions within a minute or two, restaurants and nightlife. 5 minutes taxi from Tenerife's new Siam Park. Just a 5 minute walk to Fanabé Beach or the local harbour and 2 minutes from the new Commercial Centre Gran Sur, with large supermarket, Shops, world cuisine restaurants and Cinemas.

The complex resembles a Spanish-style pueblo, a low-level complex and many apartments with gardens and beautiful plants including palms, bougainvillea's and tropical plants. There are 5 pools including children's pool and cascades and waterfalls flowing throughout the complex.
The bed configuration is as follows. There is 1 double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the large lounge. So can comfortably sleep up to 3 adults.
We have a travel cot available by prior request. You should bring your own cot linen.
The apartment has a washing machine. For a 2 week stays or longer, we leave a spare set of linen so that you can change yourselves but ask that you leave a set clean on departure.. We offer a linen service for those who don’t wish to use the washing machine for a small extra charge.

“Perfect sunset views”
We've just come back from a fabulous holiday in this lovely apartment. It was spacious, clean and modern. The views from the terrace are the best thing about this gem of an apartment, with incredible views of the mountains.We enjoyed a bottle of wine every night on the terrace watching the sunset. The apartment is centrally located with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Mare Verde itself is a well maintained, clean complex with lovely pools. It was quiet when we visited with plenty of room around the pools that flow through the complex like a river. The apartment is really close to the pool which is handy, especially when self catering, easy to nip back to get a cold beer !! Fantastic holiday, we will be back

Nice location at the rear of the complex away from the main pool but close enough to just have a wander around. Loads of sunbeds available and makes for an easy holiday with the kids

I'll draw the musky odour that you mentioned to our manager. This is something brand new and could be a sink blockage or something like that.
