“Great place but a couple of very small downsides (read review)”

Would we stay here again. Yes most Certainly . The 3 bed town house is spacious and very well decorated and looked after. It had a lovely sunny garden with a large covered shaded area if it got too hot or rained. and the pool area in November was very quiet and is a total suntrap. I was a bit concerned that the apartment complex would suffer road noise being that it was close to the motorway, but we didn’t hear a thing from inside the house nor around the pool area. it was just so peaceful and fantastic. It was 15 minute easy walk down the gentle hill to the beach, Its all hills in Tenerife wherever you go. We walked to the sea front every evening to use the bars and restaurants and felt very safe going and coming back at 3am. It was a bit expensive to rent and we was told of other apartments in the complex at two thirds of the price, but we was late booking so didn’t have time to shop around. There was a few downsides to the apartment (see below) that could easily be put right by the owners. I can't see how anyone would not have a fantastic holiday in this apartment. The owner just needs to address the downsides Downsides. 1, We was given no instructions on how to get to the complex, Just a phone number to ring when we arrived so that someone could bring us the key and show us round. Luckily we had sat nav on our phone, so was able to find it, otherwise we would have been driving round all day. The lady with the key couldn’t find us because we didn’t know where the main gate was to meet, so we sat at a different gate on the other side of the complex. (simple solution. Directions and proper meeting place sent with the hire agreement) 2, The house instructions are in Russian only so we hadn’t got a clue how to work things. If they are going to rent to various nationalities, then they need to include instructions in English, German, French and Spanish as well (Simple solution. Instructions in other languages) 3, We was given a remote control so we could park in the underground garage, but wasn’t given a remote control to open the complex gate, so was unable to get into the complex with the car to enable us to park in the garage. (Street parking was OK in November, but you wouldn’t have a chance of finding a space in the summer)( Simple solution Put a remote for the main gate on the set of keys) 4, The Air conditioner in the master bedroom just recycled the warm air. The cooler bit is not working. (Simple solution. Get the coolant replaced). 5, Pharaoh Ants in the bathroom. (Simple solution. Essential oils like peppermint and tea tree oil sprayed in areas where they are will keep them away) 6, A bit expensive compared with other properties in the complex (Simple solution, Offer a discount, especially out of season) 7. Couldnt find the password for the wifi, so had to contact the rental company. maybe it was in the Russian instructions (simple solution. As number 2, Instructions in other languages)

Beautiful development with well kept gardens and pool, very peaceful. Well located, close enough to shops, transport and a relaxed 10 minutes to the seafront. Interior could do with attention to small details such as some light bulbs replacing, but it's a good house. Walk to La Camera for good restaurants in fishing village setting and stabilizers landing in front of the beach bar.
