This is my third visit in three years, This appartment doesn't disappoint. From the moment off booking the apartment everything is five star and nothing changed throughout our holiday.. The owner Annette is very helpful and goes one step further to ensure everything is just right!! The apartment is in a peaceful and lovely location with just a short five minute drive to the beach with great bars and restaurants. The apartment has always been spotless on arrival and we've always felt at home from day one. We love staying here, just one problem we never want to leave. We've had a fantastic week in Tenerife - made perfect by staying in Annette and Howard's superb apartment. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed with literally everything we required and more! Annette responded really quickly to a couple of questions we had and made great recommendations. We found living here really convenient with the Gran Sur supermarket a few minutes away by car (we mostly self-catered but did have lunches out - we would highly recommend El Mirador at Del Duque). Also really handy for Siam Park and the beaches at Del Duque and Fanabe. Getting on and off the TF-1 so easily is handy too as we did explore the island a bit and it was less than an hour to be at Mount Tiede. We all loved the huge sun terrace (lived out there in the evenings) with its fantastic views of the mountains and the sea, as well as the lovely pool - both our boys are keen swimmers so we spent a lot of time in there! Provided that you've got a car or your happy to spend a few euros each way on taxis then we think this place is tough to top.

The four of us enjoyed our stay very much. Very nice apartment with large equipped terrace and lovely views. A fabulous restaurant, El Ratito, just down the road, closed for repairs after our first visit, but we would definitely go there again next time. Thank you Annette for being so helpful.

Another amazing 6 weeks in this lovely apartment. So good to have wifi and English tv. A really tranquil location, good restaurants and nightclubs a 45 minute walk down the hill. Taxi back around €5. Lovely views from the large terrace, mountains one way and sea the other. Looking forward to next year.

After my visit in August, The oppatunity to stay in this homely apartment came available for the Christmas period. It was my first Christmas in Tenerife so didn't know what to expect. But it was fabulous!! The apartment was a perfect stay for our Christmas holidays. This apartment is very homely, With everything to need for a perfect stay. I look forward to returning to the appartment very soon, Thanks for making our Christmas!

We were impressed from start to finish. Maps, photo's, instructions, recommended car hire, full kitchen facilities including dishwasher and washing machine, access to keys etc made the holiday very simply and straight forward. Annette was extremely helpful and accessible at all times. The apartment was immaculate and the balcony huge! Gorgeous views down to the beach too. We loved it!

Wow what a great 5 night stay in this apartment The facilities were fantastic, well kept and clean Plenty of towels for pool and showering The pool is brilliant and again spotlessly clean Certainly enjoyed using the huge terrace area to sit and enjoy the views with a cuppa and a beer Would recommend

Just came back from a nine night stay in this very homely apartment. Perfect peaceful location. Offering a great sized pool for all ages. Apartment was spotless on arrival with fresh bedding and everything you could possible need. Including a big terrace/balcony area. Owners were excellent from the moment booking right the way to the end off the holiday. Thank you!!

Excellent spacious apartment with all the facilities you need for an enjoyable holiday. The apartment has the prime location in the complex overlooking the pool and comes with a private parking space, we like to get out and about most days so due to the location a car was essential. The pool area was usually quite during the early morning but could get quite busy later in the day.
