This 2 bed ground floor apartment is located by the 17th green in the brand new Corvera Golf and Country Club. The property has a spacious living and dining area with two bathrooms one of which is an en-suite.

It is fully air-conditioned / centrally heated throughout. Dine al-fresco on the spacious terrace or enjoy the views of the 18 hole golf course and stunning mountains from the private garden.

Corvera enjoys an ideal location from which you can explore the beautiful beaches of the region. The cities of Cartagena and Murcia, with their ancient architecture and excellent shopping facilities are within a 20 minute drive from the resort.

Comfortable lounge area where you can sit back, relax and enjoy a drink after 18 holes.

All rooms lead directly onto a spacious terrace and private garden where you can enjoy the beautiful Spanish sunshine all day long.

The apartment is at the end of a block which is adjacent to the 17th green and thus gives unhindered views of the golf course and the stunning mountains in the background.

Enjoy some of the excellent resort facilities which include tennis, basketball and 5-a-side football courts. Cool off with a swim in one of the many communal pools located throughout the resort or take the kids to the playground, only a few steps away from the apartment.

Have a nice cool beer or glass of wine and a bite to eat in the newly opened (Dec 2012) Clubhouse after a an enjoyable round of golf or relaxing evening

Take an early morning spin round the cycle tracks and wander the many walking trails as the sun sets. Practice your swing at the driving range or avail of some golf lessons. There is so much to do and enjoy!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Noel (the owner) a message.

If Noel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
