“Perfect!”

Reviewed 11 Jul 2015

We loved the place...it was perfect for our family of four. The apartment had every thing we needed or could have wanted. The lavender and the flowers were perfect. The views and the sunsets were exceptional. We walked over a couple ridges to a castle that is a historical landmark...saw a hare the size of a goat. We grilled meat, rode the mountain bikes and shot Prosecco corks down the hillside. We loved all of it. Valentina was helpful and available for our needs, but we had none.

“The perfect base camp to travel around Tuscany”

Reviewed 12 Jan 2014

We stayed there for two weeks during the summer with our kids (6 and 2). The property is beautiful and very quiet, the view is amazing. The house was very old (about 400 years) but has just been renovated, it had everything you may need to spend a very comfortable long vacation. It had A/C, modern bathrooms, cable tv, full kitchen, swimming pool and even a brick oven. Everything very clean. Staying there was like traveling through time, you can get the feeling of how was life on Tuscany back then. The location is great, you do need a car, but is right between Tuscany and Umbria so most cities were less than 1 hour drive, you can drive to amazing locations during the day and then return to have a quiet dinner in your own terrace just looking how the sun rays fall softly over Tuscany.
