Nice complex comprising 2 small independent stone villas which have been recently restored. This property is situated in panoramic location on the hills surrounding the beautiful medieval town of Cortona which is only 10 km away. Both villas offer comfortable interiors furnished in a rustic style and provide a private furnished outdoor area. Each of the two villas enjoy use of a private swimming-pool.

A secondary road connecting the small villages on the hills surrounding Cortona passes nearby.

Distances: Portole with a food shops and a restaurant 500 m away, Cortona with all kinds of shops 9 km, Lake Trasimeno approx. 20 km away, Città di Castello 30 km away. Arezzo 35 km away.

At guests’ disposal: private equipped outdoor area for each apartment, private swimming-pool for Portole 1 (10 x 5 m – maximum depth 2,45 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) and for Portole 2 (8 x 4 m - maximum depth 1,40 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09 - available starting from 2009), barbecue, playground
