The East Anglia region
Suffolk is a county of historic origin in East Anglia, England. It has borders with Norfolk to the north, Cambridgeshire to the west and Essex to the south. The North Sea lies to the east.
The county is low-lying with few hills, and is largely wetland habitat and arable land with the wetlands of The Broads in the North. The Suffolk Coast and Heaths are an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
On site you can take advantage of the friendly atmosphere of the club house with panoramic views of the sea. If cooking is not for you, the club house serves meals daily, in addition the village has 2 pubs and various take away restaurants within walking distance of the bungalow. The famous Norfolk Broads is right on our doorstep with its diverse wildlife and boating facilities.
Corton is a coastal village in Suffolk, located a few miles to the North of Lowestoft. Corton's beaches are located along the base of a line of cliffs. The cliffs at Corton have been an important source of fossil remains and geological information.
When in Corton, you can visit the scenic Norfolk Broads, the diverse coastal resort of Lowestof and great Yarmouth, the varied wildlife, picturesque villages and market towns, various National trust and English Heritage properties nearby, the historic city of Norwich with its Cathedral, castle, museums and shops just a short drive away.

Great amenities, the bungalow is surprisingly spacious and comfy, Maggie is a really great person to deal with, Corton is an amazing place to see too. Highly recommended!!
“Outstanding well kept bungalow”
Lovely bungalow highly recommended to all friends and family, Thank you Maggie for a wonderful week.
beautiful well equipped bungalow, nice pleasant location, been twice already and will definitely book again.
“Another great week at No 10”
Another great week at No10 accommodation is very comfortable and the view 1st thing in the morning is superb. Already looking forward to next year.
This is our 3rd year at no 10 Waterside and it gets better every year. Everything is in the bungalow that you need to make you feel at home and Maggie is always really helpful and prompt with the booking. My 10 year old son loves going here as there is so much to do on site and around the area and he makes lots of friends. The holiday was fabulous which was helped by 10 days of great weather. Already booked again for next year!
“Home from Home (but with sea views!!)”
Have just returned with my family from No.10 after a glorious weeks stay. We had looked at other properties on Waterside (the houses are set back behind the bungalows) but had personal recommendation for No.10 so it was an easy choice. I thought I always packed well for self catering stays but it turns out I forget things or hadn't even thought of some things but needn't have worried as Maggie, Noel and the Housekeeper kindly provided everything from a welcome tea tray to comfy sun loungers to relax on outside on the spacious decking area. The kids loved having their own bedrooms and had fun swapping (most nights) and the tv in one of their rooms was an immediate hit. No.10 was immaculately clean and very well presented. It was lovely to wake up to sea views and the sound of the waves and for the kids to be able to play outside on the grass. No.10 is far enough from the park and crazy golf not to be bothered by noise (not that there was any as it was quiet) but close enough for the kids to go off on their own and have their own independence (in eyesight). The site itself felt extremely safe and the staff that we encountered were all really friendly and helpful. However, the most helpful was Maggie herself who made the whole booking experience easy and informative :-) I could go on but will let you find out for yourself.......enjoy No.10!!
“Another great stay at No. 10”
This was our 4th time visiting Waterside Park and our second stay at No. 10. The bungalow has a great position overlooking the sea. No .10 has all the amenities that you require and is presented to an excellent standard. The covered swimming pool is a huge bonus especially if the weather is inclement. The owners are great to deal with and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. We would thoroughly recommend No.10 for a week by the sea!
The bungalow was very clean and comfortable, it was just like home from home, with everything that you needed. Everything was of the highest quality. It was lovely to look out to sea from the large picture window. The White Horse and the Waterside cooked tasty food at a good price.
“Excellent stay again”
Had a lovely holiday again and no 10 was exactly the same as before. Clean, tidy and excellent location and owners always happy to help with anything. Will stay a third time if decide to holiday in Corton agian. Adam
This is a lovely bungalow, modern and very well equipped. The position is excellent, with an uninterrupted view of the sea. We travelled with a toddler of 20 months and found the site to be very child friendly. The swimming pool is great, very warm and again very child friendly. We were only there for 3 days and it was unfortunate that it was closed on one of these days for maintenance. The owners were very helpful and communicative. We would definitely consider staying here again.
