Description

We are John and Jo (J and J Lettings). We have 3 privately owned 2 bedroom bungalows newly fitted out to a superior finish. The bungalow has a fully equiped kitchen with microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment. The bathrooom has shower over the bath. Livingroom has corner settee and dining table for 4. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

The bungalow is situated in a quiet secluded area. There is a large decking area with table and chairs and in front there is a large grass area for the children to play but are still in safe distance. The bungalow is south facing and gets the sun all day.

The bungalow will be suited for couples or families with young children. The bungalow would be ideal for people with restricted mobility. You can either stay on site and use the heated covered in pool or drive into Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth or go crabing in Walberswick. The bungalow provides a good base to explore the many attractions in the area.

“Lovely bungalow by the sea”

We really enjoyed our stay at waterside no 40. The bungalow had everything we needed and was really clean and cosy. We were practically on the seafront so the perfect location too. There was lots to do around the area so we had a busy,fun holiday.

Really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. The property was very clean, homely, well equipped and the bed was very comfortable too. It was everything we needed for our weeks stay in Lowestoft babysitting our Grandchildren and an added bonus was the fabulous weather. If you are looking for somewhere to stay close to Lowestoft then this is ideal, the site itself has adequate parking, is well maintained and quiet with a nice view out to sea. Would definitely recommend.

We spent a very enjoyable week staying at Waterside Park, Corton. The bungalow was spotless, beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and the most well-appointed self catering accommodation we have ever stayed in. The owners were a delight to deal with and very accommodating when we wanted to arrive on a Sunday rather than Saturday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Joanne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
