Description

Stunning uninterrupted view of the sea. Our family owned 2 bed bungalow provides a real home from home. New decking installed Nov 2013 with a gate means more privacy and security for dogs or small children. Furnished and house kept to a very high standard our tastefully decorated and newly painted bungalow is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Guests who stayed in 2013 left the following glowing comments in our guest book - "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others!", "When entering the bungalow the whole family were impressed, so inviting, so relaxing", "it was so child friendly", "lovely clean bungalow, great sea views", "lovely bungalow, clean and well presented. Been numerous times before, first time in this bungalow we are very impressed with it", "comfy and relaxing accommodation", "the bungalow is a delight, warm, cosy, clean and welcoming", "the double bed was so comfortable", "the shower is superb, powerful and large", "we were extremely impressed by this bungalow. Well appointed, tidy and comfortable", "its location was perfect", "must applaud your housekeeper, the bungalow was spotless on arrival" & the final & we feel most satisfying comment a guest left "this is the best place we have ever stayed!"

“Villa with a veiw”

Great veiw in a nice spot. Coffee,tea,milk,on arrival, but no washing up liquid or cloth. Great stay otherwise.

Only three days but enjoyed every moment met my brother there and had a great time my Wife loved the swimming pool weather was good my only problem was the narrow bathroom door but will not stop me coming back the let was so clean has was the whole area ( many thanks Graham )

Had a lovely weekend here. Clean and comfortable. Place was well equipped and good heating which was essential given how cold it was outside. Graham was very accommodating with last minute change of departure date. Would definitely book again

Great views. Nice bungalow. Would recommend. Great place to spend a few days. Peaceful and relaxing. Plenty to do in surrounding areas.

We enjoyed our few days in corton, bungalow was lovely, everything you need, great view of the sea, nice onsite bar, 2 pubs and a lovely Chinese takeaway right outside, also swimming pool on site, dog loved the walks on the beach. Signal for TV wasn't great, but all in all was a nice short break.

Smashing little cottage. Great views, cosy, comfortable. Great value for money. My second time here and I'll definitely be back again. Only teensy wee gripe is the cables coming from the TV. I'm tempted to take tie wraps and conduit next time! I've OCD's tho so I'm guessing most folk wouldn't be bothered by it at all. The location is great - right between Gt Yarmouth and Lowestoft. Handy for Oulton Broad as well. Fantastic beaches, my wee dogs loved it! Go! Don't think twice about it - 119 Watersidd takes a lot of beating.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Graham (the owner) a message.

If Graham (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
