MOUNTAIN HOUSE Space Come visit the pearl of the Dolomites If you love nature, the outdoors, skiing, mountaineering, cross-country skiing, hiking and the mountains where you can spend an unforgettable holiday with friends , with family or even alone !! We offer an apartment in Cortina d'Ampezzo, the Queen of the Dolomites: set among the most beautiful mountains in the world, at an altitude of 1224 above sea level. You can ski on the slopes of the 1956 Olympics, on the trail of the World Cup. In summer you can reach the top of the Tofane or simply indulge in a little 'shopping along Corso Italy! The Dolomites are wonderful and have been proclaimed a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Cortina d'Ampezzo is just two hours' drive from Venice and Treviso. The apartment - decorated in traditional style - can comfortably accommodate four people. And 'it is excluding the cost of heating which is calculated on the basis of actual consumption. Thanks in advance for your help :) THE HOUSE The apartment is located in Cortina d'Ampezzo and is about 90 square meters. From the house you can easily reach the center of Cortina for the pedestrian cycle in just 15 minutes ... if you're lazy the bus stop is just below the house! You can make your holiday without moving the car from the parking lot! The apartment, simple and practical, has a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains of Cortina: the Tofane to Crystal, from Pomagagnon Faloria! The apartment, all on one floor, comprises: entrance hall; a spacious kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, corner seat with a table for 4 people. The living room has LCD TV, DVD player, sofa and dining table for 4 people and the terrace. All windows in the living room have a view on the Tofane, Croda da Lago and on the valley. The bedrooms are two: one double room with bed, double wardrobe and furniture to accommodate your things; the other bedroom has two single beds and is equipped with furniture for your clothes. On request cot (additional cost 10 € for the entire stay). The bathroom is completely renovated, spacious, is located next to the double room. There is a large shower. The rooms are all with window! Very functional and practical is the utility room with washing machine, iron and can become a ski and bicycle storage room! The apartment has its own outdoor parking space and there is also a large garden with deck chairs, table and bench. WE OFFER The price includes - Bed linen and towels. - Hot water. - Use of the kitchen with its crockery and also leave detergent, cloth, sponges for dishes. - Bathroom: hairdryer. - Free use of washing, drying, ironing board. - Internet access. They are also available maps, books and brochures on places of interest Cortina d'Ampezzo and the Dolomites. However, if you are not satisfied, at your arrival you can send an email with suggestions about the area and what they are worth admiring! The price does not include - NO cleaning service during the stay. - HEATING To know the total amount, simply press the "book." Do not worry: you do not complete the reservation until you use your credit card! PARKING: There is a private outdoor parking for your car! I love animals, but PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. YOU CAN NOT smoke inside the house AREA AND CONNECTIONS The apartment is located in Cortina d'Ampezzo, it is a wonderful city known worldwide for its beauty! Here is a paradise for mountain lovers, both in winter, with its wonderful ski slopes and summer, with breathtaking and relaxing cycling along the "Long way in the Dolomites." If you have a car, public buses leave from Calalzo to Cortina railway station every day. If you are arriving from Venice, Cortina Express service takes you in just 2.20 hours in Cortina with a direct trip. There is a grocery store within walking distance from home. The ski slopes (Arrow in the sky) is a 10 minute walk. The ski bus stop is just below the house. If you have a car, the Dolomites Skybus will take you directly to the ski slopes of Cortina d'Ampezzo. The bus stop is very close to home. Eating out: Cortina there are some great places to eat pizza, and some other restaurants. I can recommend a local good! If you have children, there is a nice park (Guargnè '), where they can play, close to home. A wellness center (Sauna Country Club) with sauna, solarium, tennis, massage fields. Pets not allowed No smoking On request linen is provided in full Independent heating In some periods of the year (Christmas, New Year, Carnival, July and August) will be applied for different prices than Those listed on the site. How do damage deposits work?
