Description

Located in Cortina d'Ampezzo (1224mt.) the "Queen of Dolomites" , this three bedroom apt is very bright with a stunning view and just renewed. It's a first floor apt composed by a huge open space living room with a kitchen corner fully equipped, oven, induction cooking , fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave. Huge dining table can fit up to 8 people. TV and WIFI internet are available, books and boardgames are avaliable as well.

Master Bedroom king size bed, 1 single bedroom, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed.

2 Bathrooms , one with tub and bidet, the other with huge shower box .

Loundry downstairs equipped with washing and dryer machine.

Ski and boots storage. Bike storage.

Very nice terrace with beautiful view on mountains. Wide open garden

It's located just 15 minutes walking distance from the center of Cortina where you can find all the famous boutiques, tipical shop, art galleries and happy-hour bars.

Just across the street (20mt.) there is a bus stop.

50mt. distance there is a very good Pizzeria well appreciated by local people. There you can find also a little supermarket for the basic necessities.

The place is very quiet and charming, you can leave home and be in the nature without using the car.

1 1/2 hour hiking in the forest you can reach a very charning mountain hut where is possible to have tipical dinner and come down by sledge with a front light or just a full moon light.

All the ski areas can be reached by skibus from the center. By car in just 5 minutes you can reach the Tofana and Faloria /Cristallo cable car. Skiing in Cortina offers certainly one of the best views of the Alps and hundreds of kilometres of uninterrupted ski slopes, together with the opportunity to enjoy one of the most sought-after social and chic lifestyles within the Dolomites

“Amazing apartment!”

My wife and our 8 year old son stayed here for 9 nights during the ski season. It was perfect for us and great value. Ute was extremely friendly and welcoming and went out of her way to help us with advice, and other things during our stay. The apartment is one entire floor in a stand alone large house in the suburbs of Cortina. It is an easy 5-10 minute drive into Cortina and despite the snow we had no trouble getting around to and from the apartment with winter tyres on our 2wd small car. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and the apartment is decorated beautifully with attention to detail. There is a wrap around balcony which is very wide and affords access from all three bedrooms and the living area to sit outside and view the mountains with a hot coffee. Every room has views of the Dolomites! The open plan lounge and kitchen area is very generous size and very comfortable with Netflix on TV and good wi fi internet as well. It feels like authentic alpine accommodation should feel and we looked forward to returning to the apartment after a day on the slopes. Everything worked and was perfect. There were supplies for us when we got there as Ute left fresh bread, milk, jams, tea coffee , and cooking ingredients for us when we arrived. Everything you need to cook is there for you. This is much better than staying in a hotel as it feels like home. We had a memorable stay in Cortina thanks largely to this great apartment and will certainly stay again if we come back to the area.
