Offering an ideal base to explore in and around Edinburgh. Perfect for visiting the resident Pandas at the Zoo.

Close to Murryfield Stadium.

Excellent public transport on your doorstep, only 10 min to heart of Edinburgh.

Sunny Garden House, perfect space to relax after a busy day exploring what Edinburgh has to offer.

Easily accessed from Airport, Train Stations, City By-pass.

On Airport Link bus route to both Edinburgh and Glasgow, within 10 min walk.

Close to public transport links, regular day and night services. Local amenities, shops, banks, post office and restaurants within 5 min walk.

Comfortable for 2-4 persons.

Spacious, open plan living/dining/ kitchen.

1 bedroom with super king sized bed, can be separated into 2 singles if required.

A large generously sized double-sofa-bed in the living area.

Travel cot and high chair available on request.

Both off street and free parking on street.

Private entrance to the garden house which is situated in an enclosed shared garden.

Use of part of the garden by agreement.

The house is fully separated from our main house, the guests have complete privacy. The guests will be welcomed by us and there will be somebody at home to provide information and to assist as needed.

The house is located to the west of the centre of Edinburgh

Whilst enjoying relaxing respite from the hustle and bustle of city life, we benefit from excellent public transport links into the heart of Edinburgh and everything this vibrant city has to offer.

Airport bus links for Edinburgh and Glasgow within 10 min walk from the house.

Easy access from Waverly and Haymarket train stations with bus or taxi. The Haymarket station is closer to the house.

Public transport has excellent day and night bus services.

Parking available both off and on street at the property.

Why can't I call Fiona (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fiona (the owner) a message.

If Fiona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
