The property is a ground floor apartment which has had a number of improvements undertaken in 2018.

There is a double bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe & drawers, plus new furniture installed in 2018 including a Drawer Unit, bedside cabinets & lamps.

A Double sofa bed is in the lounge, together with other furniture.

There is a breakfast bar & stools.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower plus WC and basin.( A total refit is planned for the bathroom in March 2019)

There is a new Air conditioning Unit ,a new TV with satelite system that receives the main English Channels and a DVD player; free Wi-fi for guests; fridge/freezer and washer; electric hob, combination microwave/ oven, toaster, kettle plus safe for storing valuables.

There is a balcony/patio area with patio furniture and umbrella, which faces the sun during the day. .

Towels & bedding are provided including a change of both if staying for 2 weeks or more.

The Complex is part holiday and part residential and it is quiet where our apartment is situated, which is in the vicinity of the top swimming pool. It has lovely gardens, 2 swimming pools, a kids pool,a tennis court and a gym. There is a bar area that's open till 11 pm, which serves breakfast and food all day. It has a 'happy hour' (for 1.5 hours) around 4pm, and they have a barbecue a couple of lunchtimes a week, plus a Paella lunch one day. There is also a TV room/bar and a reception which is open 24 hours.The staff in the Complex & bar are extremely friendly & helpful.

We have friends who live in the area and are key holders, who look after the apartment for us and can be available to meet & greet. There is also a 'Keysafe' outside the apartment so any clients arriving late can access the key. Whilst we live in the UK we are available by E-mail or text if needed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Deanna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
