The property is a first floor apartment which is south facing so it has the sun all day and has recently had new doors & windows fitted.
There is a double bedroom with King size bed and modern furniture.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower plus WC and basin.
There is new air conditioning in the lounge and 2 ceiling fans (1 in the lounge and 1 in the bedroom); English TV and a DVD player; Internet with free Wi-fi ; Fridge/freezer and washer; 4 ring Electric hob, microwave, toaster , table top electric oven, plus digital safe for storing valuables.
Towels & bedding are provided including a change of both if staying for 2 weeks.
There is a balcony/patio area with patio furniture and umbrella.
A Double sofa bed is in the lounge.
The Complex is part holiday and part residential and it is very quiet where our apartment is situated, which is at the rear of the complex. It has lovely gardens, 2 swimming pools, a kids pool, tennis court and a gym. There is a bar area that's open till 11pm, which does breakfasts and bar snacks at lunchtime. It has a 'happy hour' (for 1.5 hours) around 4pm, and they have a barbecue a couple of days a week. There is also a TV room/bar and a reception which is open 24 hours.The staff in the Complex are extremely friendly & helpful.

“Fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment.”
Stayed once again at this lovely apartment it certainly is home from home. On a beautiful complex near to the Campanario Centre and Waterpark with several beaches nearby. The apartment is well equiped, very clean and modern, with a very comfortable double bed. Can't wait for our next stay.

“Fabulous Holiday Apartment.”
We have used this apartment on numerous occasions. We find that has everything we need for a perfect holiday., a proper home from home ! The apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and facilities include a very comfortable bed, a settee, fridge freezer ,and a washing machine ( which is great ) There is also a new air con system, which we found a god send on our most recent stay ,given the high temperatures.The balcony is an absolute sun trap ,and has the sun all day . We love that it has sun beds provided.. The apartment is in a good location , in the beautiful,Atlantic Gardens Complex ..The Complex it self has 3 pools ,a pool bar which also serves snacks ,and a well manned reception area .All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The complex is approx 10 min walk from the main shopping area , the fabulous beaches and is right next door to the shopping centre . What more could you ask for , for a great holiday... We highly recommend the apartment, and will most definitely be returning.

Stayed for almost 3 weeks during the summer. The apartment is very homely with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Couldn't sit on the balcony for long as it really is a sun trap....a fan with extention lead would be good just to use outside when it is stifling. Air con is an absolute godsend in the midst of summer. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. And good value for money against the prices you would pay for a standard apartment through Atlantic Beach Mate!

“Perfect apartment on beautiful complex”
We are repeat returners to this apartment, it has everything we need for a perfect holiday. The apartment has brand new furniture, a large comfortable bed, a bed settee, fridge freezer, air conditioning and if you want an evening in English TV, DVD Players with plenty of DVD's to watch and lots of reading material. The apartment is in a great location on a wonderful complex, has the sun on the patio all day, The complex is next door to the Campinario Center, with plenty of bars and cafes and a large supermarket, and a 15 minute stroll to the main stretch of shops bars, cafes and beaches. There are three pools on the complex and an on site bar serving snacks throughout the day. I would highly recommend this apartment and complex for a perfect relaxing holiday.

Had a weeks stay in this apartment and enjoyed parts but would not rush back, we found the apartment adequate for 2 of us, in general there is everything that you would need here but the apartment and… More
Owner's reply: I'm sorry for not responding earlier. Thank you for your review. We would like to apologise regarding the hair around the apartment & for not informing you that the water tap was turned off. We have addressed these issues for future guests. The apartments are over 30 years old and in need of refurbishment as you say & inevitably building works are noisy & cause dust. If we are told by individual owners or the complex that they are having improvement works done we will inform our guests but on this occasion we weren't told. We are having a programme of improvement works undertaken in the apartment which will address some of your comments, but they do take time, as we have different works done each time we stay in the apartment. We have already had the following works done since we purchased the apartment in 2016:- New Aluminium doors & windows; New air conditioning; New bedroom furniture; Redecoration; New furniture in lounge ; Improvements to Kitchen units New British TV system. We are also having a total refit of the bathroom including walk in shower, WC & washbasin /unit plus new wall & floor tiles & lighting in October. The Atlantic Garden owners are also carrying out a modernisation programme over the next few years which will address all the issues you've raised. The improvements carried out already to the interior & exterior of the apartments have seen the Complex's rating increase from 2 to 3 Stars this year. In terms of the rental cost we believe our prices are competitive compared with similar properties & reflect the status of the complex. Best wishes, Deanna & Steve

“Lovely apartment at Atlantic Gardens”
Lovely apartment in a great location next to the El Campanario Centre and only a five minute walk to the beach, bars and shops. Very clean modern apartment with a sunny balcony. The complex is very friendly and has a very welcoming pool bar. We had a fantastic week and will definitely be returning soon.

“Excellent apartment in a fabulous location, close to beach and supermarket.”
We have booked this apartment for more than 10 years and have had some really enjoyable holidays. It is spacious with a comfy bed and very clean with a large sun drenched balcony. The facilities at Atlantic Gardens are very good, 2 large swimming pools and a children’s pool. The bar has very friendly staff. Being able to pop next door to the Supermarket is a real bonus. Lovely walks to the beach and then onto the harbour area with a huge choice of restaurants in town. The location of this apartment is perfect.
