From the owner

Thank you for considering our villa for your next holiday! The villa has been refurbished to a very high standard, and we strive to provide a true home from home experience. We stay in the villa regularly and this is our second home, hence the high standard. We have closed one bedroom so although the villa has 4 bedrooms, one bedroom is locked for the owners only.

The villa is bright, spacious and modern and has an open plan living/dining room with access out to the private garden. The cozy sofa and chairs are perfect for those nights chilling in front of the TV.

Fibre broadband was recently installed, perfect for those working from home, or when everyone is online! We have a 49 inch smart tv (so you can use your netflix, spotify etc) and DVD player. We pay an annual subscription for FilmOn so you can watch your UK soaps if you wish to!

The separate kitchen is modern and spacious, featuring oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There are ample cabinets and we have included everything we can think of - check out the pizza cutter in the shape of a moped and the toastie maker (our sons request)!!!

All bedrooms have comfy beds and fitted wardrobes. There are two bedrooms downstairs.

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has two single beds, a fitted wardrobe with plenty of hangers, and a bedside cabinet. This room faces the front of the property.

Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor, has a double bed, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobe. This room faces the rear of the property and overlooks the pool. We recently upgraded the ground floor shower room to include a large walk in shower. The ground floor is fully tiled.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed, built in wardrobe and bedside tables. This room looks out to the side of the property.

A further luxury bathroom can be found on this level with a large walk in shower cubicle. The first floor has fully laminated flooring.

The garden is very private and ideal for soaking up the sun. The villa has a private swimming pool. The garden features artificial grass, mosaic nonslip tiles around the pool, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, dining table and chairs and a brick built BBQ. We have also constructed 2 new walls for further privacy.

The utility room has a new 'smart' washing machine and is accessed via the garden area. All windows have shutters, not only for peace of mind but to keep the house cool.

We have rented a number of substandard villas over the years and finally decided to buy our own. We aim to ensure that when you stay at our villa, you have a truly wonderful experience. We will keep adding new items and photos so please keep looking back.

We employ a property manager who lives nearby and will deal with any issues that may arise - when you stay with us, you will have peace of mind!

A bus stop, supermarket, pizza takeaway, bar/cafe and taxi rank are within easy walking distance (2 minutes). The villa is in a quiet residential area and very family friendly - the perfect base to explore the island of Fuerteventura.

The main town of Corralejo and the many fabulous beaches are 10 minutes away by bus/taxi/car. We would recommend hiring a car to explore the many beaches and old towns around the island but the bus and taxis will get you around so a car is not essential. We have a number of leaflets and suggestions for places to see within the villa. We are also happy to give you a list of must go to bars and restaurants!

We have been visiting the island for 20+ years and finally decided to buy a property here. We stay at the villa with our children regularly - so can give you lots of advice!

We hope that you fall in love with the island (and our villa) as much as we have. Fuerteventura is a very special place, and we always feel relaxed as soon as we arrive. It is also a very easy island to drive around in, if you have never driven abroad!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Gerry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
