This modern top floor apartment, boasts its own dedicated, unlimited WiFi, and is adorned in complimentary subtle, neutral tones throughout, catering perfectly for the more discerning traveller. With a spacious, detached, south facing, sun-drenched, totally secluded terrace, with no neighbours either side, or above it, the Little Private Oasis is ideal for sun worshippers, who want an all over tan, without being overlooked by anyone.

The Little Private Oasis has been furnished to a very high standard throughout. The lounge has naturally-sourced, hand-made, modern furniture & lighting, a corner suite & a large, contemporary glass dining table with four very comfortable chairs.

It has a Samsung 32” LCD streaming IPTV with live British TV, catch-up, films & series on demand, live Sky & BT sporting events (paid-for viewings, free of charge) in High Definition. There is a Sharp DAB+ digital clock radio, with Bluetooth and Spotify connectivity, providing internet radio & every genre of music, from every corner of the globe. There are playing cards and a library of books for guest use.

The bedroom has twin divan beds, padded leather headboards, topped with sumptuously deep mattresses (pocket sprung base with memory foam top & Cool Max covers). There are goose down duvets & both, supportive memory foam & generously filled microfibre pillows, all covered in luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding. There is also a salon-standard hairdryer, hair straighteners, digital safe, dimmable reading lights, bedside tables, and an illuminated vanity area. There are ample wooden hangers in the wardrobe.

Both the lounge and the bedroom have bespoke black-out blinds and wall mounted, split shift air conditioning units (for hot & cold air).

The bathroom has an adjustable hand-held shower point, shower screen, bath, non slip mat, and softly illuminated vanity unit with shaving/charging point. There are luxurious, designer bath and hand towels, complimentary use of beach & swimming towels, a clothes dryer, laundry basket, Phillips iron & ironing board.

The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, washing machine, cordless Hoover, Nutri-Ninja blender, Kenwood kettle & toaster, cafetiere, bread bin, as well as many other kitchen gadgets & essentials; tupperware, crockery, cutlery, tumblers & wine glasses.

The spacious, sunny terrace is ideal to sunbathe on until sunset. Generously furnished with a teak sofa and footstools, topped with thick, comfy cushions, which can be arranged to suit your lounging requirements or the position of the sun. There is also a contemporary dining table and four chairs & a 3M umbrella, providing shade from the year-round sun. There is a teak storage table filled with beach toys, inflatables & wind breakers for your use to take to the pools or beach.

The apartment is situated in a detached block at the rear of a centrally located private apartment complex. No traffic, or noise from the complex's neighbouring roads can be seen or heard from the apartment; only the sounds of the swaying palms within the surrounding lush gardens.

The facilities in the complex include: 4 swimming pools; shallow/slides/swimming & heated (during the winter months- a rarity in Corralejo!) There are also tennis & volleyball courts on site.

NB: The facilities in the complex are not my responsibility. They can incur additional charges, and be closed at any time, for any duration, for maintenance.

A mid stay clean, linen & towel change is included for stays of 14 nights or more. Discounts are available for long term stays (4 weeks +). Please contact me directly for quotes.

The apartment is not overlooked by anyone, this can clearly be seen by the apartment photograph, which shows zero neighbouring apartments. it's in a detached block and on the top floor! When you told me the sink was slow to drain it was gone 8:30pm on a Saturday night. No plumbers in Corralejo are available at this time on the weekend. You also reported the TV wasn't working and rang up the guy who installed it. The TV was working perfectly fine, you just didn't bother to read the apartment guidelines. The TV channels offer complimentary live TV, Catch up and On Demand, however you still downloaded programs from Amazon costing me more additional charges as well as a call out charge to TV installer. My cleaner noted you left the apartment in a terrible state, and it took her twice as long to clean up after you and your husband. I thank you for not returning.

Dear Fraser I'm extremely disappointed to read your review of my apartment, after you failed to get a refund from Trip Advisor after just one night's stay, without raising your concerns, and allowing me to rectify your complaints. My sofas both indoors & outdoors are both very clean and comfortable. Neither are worn as you describe. If this were the case I'm sure one of my dozens of customers before you would have mentioned this in their reviews. Both sets of my dining tables and chairs cater perfectly for two people, without the need to move anything. Again, you the only person to mention such a thing. My furniture is all clean, comfortable & aesthetically pleasing. My apartment was photographed by a professional photographer who used a wide angled lens to photograph the rooms. It is impossible to do so without this. And the clue of the description of my apartment is in the title - LITTLE Private Oasis. I'm not trying to pull the wool over anyone's eyes. Unfortunately 1 of the 4 swimming pools was empty when you arrived. There was an issue with it & it needed repairing. These things happen in every resort the world over. It should not have affected your stay. You had 3 other pools to swim in. You told me and Trip Advisor that a neighbour had been playing music until 10pm - I really can't believe this has given you cause to complain. Clearly Corralejo is not the place for you - the street parties here put on my the local authority can go on way past 10pm into the early hours. Yet in your review the time has changed to you being disturbed at 5:30am (?). You also mention staff from the hotel complex being rude to other guests - as you were in a self catering apartment you had no need to deal with these people, and other guests grievances again, should not be affecting your stay, or even appear here in your review. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay, but checking out at 5:30am and expecting a full refund which Trip Advisor declined to give you has clearly left you feeling very bitter, as your review reflects!

How do damage deposits work?
