Casa Loro is a beautiful Villa in the Las Casitas area of Corralejo. It is situated 150 meters from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the town centre where there are great restaurants and a variety of shops. It is also less than a 10 minutes walk from Baku Waterpark, Minigolf and Market.
The Campanario Centre is 5 minutes away where there are shops, a supermarket, cafes & quiet bars.. Local bands play regularly & there is a weekly craft market, a taxi rank is outside
There is one double bedroom, one twin room and one single, capable of sleeping up to five people. The lounge and dining area is open-plan and has a charming quality. To the rear of the property there is a large pergola, a patio and a garden area which is sheltered and covered with a private screening; this also leads to a large roof patio, which has wonderful views over Corralejo, its harbour and the Island of Lobos. The property is suitable for all ages and is a secure environment for children.
The kitchen is comprehensively equipped; with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
In 2017 we have changed to a computerised wifi &TV system. work will finish in 10 days giving a massive range of TV channels, & a good wifi connection.
At the front of the property there is a large wall, providing shelter and privacy for the heated swimming pool. There is parking space for one vehicle, although a car isn't a necessity because all attractions are within a walking distance.
All the accommodation is on the ground floor which makes Casa Loro suitable for people with mobility problems.
There has been an extensive refurbishment in 2015 which has involved a total repainting internally and externally, new ceiling fans in both main bedrooms, more cupboards, a new kitchen and new pictures and lights.
There is not a preferred changeover day Guests must arrive after 4pm on the day of arrival and depart before 10.30 am on the day of departure. Please ask if you wish to extend your stay on either day, we do make a charge for the extra time of 50 pounds allowing you to arrive or depart at anytime on your arrival or departure date .

The lounge & dining area has a vaulted ceiling and two double opening doors onto the rear patio which helps to keep Casa Loro cool even in the hottest weather . The main bedroom also has double doors opening onto the patio. In the lounge there are two comfortable settees and a dining table with six chairs. The house has fitted wardrobes in two bedrooms and there are two bookcases with cupboards in the lounge.The kitchen runs the whole depth of the house and is comprehensively equipped for 5 people.One bathroom is large having twin hand basins, a Loo, a bidet & a bath with a shower. The smaller bathroom has a bath with shower, a hand basin and a toilet. Both bathrooms are attractively tiled.The smaller bedroom has a single bed.There is a small utility room adjacent to the kitchen for the washing machine and cleaning equipment..

The heated pool is about 20 feet by 12 feet. The depth is constant at about 4 feet. It is tiled and has steps making it suitable for children who must be supervised at all times when in or around the pool. The pool is able to be closed off from the house and the rear patio making the area more safe for small children.

The pergola at the back of the villa is spacious giving shade for those who are wilting!!! The large roof patio is private. The views are magnificent over the town, the sea & the island of Lobos .

“Fabulous, ticked all the boxes!”
Loved this house. Had everything we could ask for. The back patio was private and sunny. We loved the rooftop area. It was cooler and we could watch the ships in the harbour. It is close to the shopping centre and certainly walkable to the town centre for restaurants and shops. The pool was perfect for cooling off. The tv worked perfectly and the kitchen had everything we required. I have booked this house again as I can't wait to return!. John was very helpful in all my dealings.

“Ticks all the boxes, happy kids=happy parents ”
The house itself is comfortable and very well appointed, and has everything from a swimming pool at the front of the house, (great if you have small children as there is no danger of them being able to access the pool on their own), three bedrooms and a very well-equipped kitchen, BBQ, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Less than 5 minute walk away, there are a range of shops, good restaurants and a supermarket, that stocks almost everything you could possibly need. Within 10-15 minutes walk you can be in the heart of bustling Correlejo, again this has something for everyone and also something to suit everyone's tastebuds and pockets. We have taken great delight walking into town each evening, paddling our feet in the sea as we go and then deciding which if the many restaurants we are going to spend the evening in, whilst watching the sunset with a cocktail, glass of 'vino de la casa'(house wine) or a Tropical beer. For the more adventurous there are numerous water sports on offer, off road buggy trips, segways and so on, all on the doorstep. Also a water park that amuses the kids for the day, and a golf course, bike hire etc. The beach has beautiful soft sand and shallow waters, and we hired a car so also visited the sand dunes, a great beach for body boarding and relaxing, and also the beaches and the town of El Cotillo, superb restaurants, a very picturesque harbour and laid back atmosphere. A great scenic beach with a beach bar selling fantastic prawns in garlic. Two ferry operators run from Correlejo harbour regularly throughout the day, so there is the opportunity to visit Lanzarote very easily if so wished. There are also many boat trips during the day to Lobos, a small Island that takes a short speed boat ride to reach. The Island is uninhabited, great for snorkelling and has just one small restaurant. A worthwhile trip, inexpensive and great views of the bay of Correlejo. All in all, we felt that this superb holiday house and destination has everything we could have wished for, after a busy day or a lazy day, the rooftop terrace has stunning views where we enjoyed a gin and tonic before our evening walk. The house also has very helpful owners, English speaking, wifi, TV if needed, but we didn't even switch it on.......why would you, with everything else that is on offer! We will be back here again, without a question.

“Regular Visitor - Love this Villa”
Stayed at Casa Loro on several occasions when visiting Corralejo and will book again. Firstly the owners couldn’t have been more helpful, both during the booking process and throughout our stay. Casa Loro is situated in a perfect location for a quiet family holiday - 5 mins walk from the Campanario shopping centre - large supermarket, several restaurants catering for all tastes and a the wine bar i3 Calici, where you’ll receive a great welcome. Also several places to grab a morning coffee whilst you plan the day ahead. It is 5 mins walk from the beach, and 10 mins from the main shopping area of Corralejo. Location is ideal as it is close enough to local amenities to make them readily accessible, but just the right distance away so that you are guaranteed peace and quiet. The actual location is on a side street that is never busy. We hire a car when we visit, but the location does not make this a necessity. It is two minutes walk from the newly built bus terminal - buses available to the capital and many of the island’s attractions. The property itself is always very clean. It has a well equipped kitchen should you wish to cook and also has a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining room includes a TV (many English channels) - have to say we rarely used it as it is just nice to get away from things at home. Casa Loro has two well sized bedrooms with plenty of storage and also a single room. The property has 2 bathrooms with shower / bath facilities - no waiting for the shower in a morning. To the front is a pool which is perfect when the weather gets hot. This is also a lovely place to sit on an evening in the late sun with a chilled beer and a glass of prosecco. To the rear is a large patio area which permits sunbathing all day long. There is a shaded area with table / chairs where you can enjoy meals, and also get some respite from the sun when things get a too hot. Casa Loro offers a roof terrace with fantastic views of Corralejo, stretching out as far as Lanzarote. Wifi is available – perfect for those that need to update facebook, tweet photos or use face time – quite adequate to cater for those tasks - don’t expect Superfast B/band - after all this is Fuerteventura. In summary we love the Island and this villa too! Recommended to several colleagues, who have also enjoyed fantastic holidays at Casa Loro. You won’t be disappointed. It’s location and facilities make this the ideal choice for couples or families looking to holiday on the island.

“Villa in Corralejo”
I stayed at the villa in July and it ticked every box. It was situated near the main part of Corralejo but far enough away to be quiet and chilled. Supermarket was close at hand, as was the beaches. The villa was very clean and the sunbathing areas were great. I would definitely stay again!
“Gorgeous villa, fabulous holiday!”
What a fabulous holiday we had in Corralejo! Casa Loro was gorgeous, much better than we could have hoped, great location, clean, well furnished, comfortable, private - just perfect! The pool was brilliant, our daughter barely got out of it the whole time we were there, it was a bit cold initially ( for wimpy adults) but the heater was great and meant that once you were in it was really pleasant. We had great weather while we were there, the house is really well located for shops, bars, restaurants and the beaches - to be honest though we were just as happy spending time by our own pool. The owners were really helpful before we went with directions and information about the house and the area, we would definitely consider going again - thank you!!!!
