"Every need of a large family was met"
Firstly, the information prior to our stay was very helpful. Secondly, the villa was ideally situated within the complex so that you had visual access of the pools. Thirdly, the villa is in a locked gated complex to add security. We were met by the house keepers who were only a phone call away should a problem arise. The owner was contactable via email and phone so that I could ascertain all answers to questions I might have, before and during our stay. The complex is within walking distance to the beaches, harbour, town centre, supermarket and local shopping square. However, it is far enough away for it to be incredibly peaceful. The only downside was the disrespectful group of adults who were staying in No 60 and returned from their evening out at 1 - 2 am each time, making a hell of a racket. Thankfully they were not there for our entire stay and a family with children replaced them who were far more conscientious of their surroundings. The noisy neighbours bear no reflection on the property, owners or our overall stay which was amazing. Everything and everywhere was ridiculously beautiful, warm and peaceful (overall). Would I stay there again, YES PLEASE!

"Fabulous Villa at the El Sultan Complex in Corralejo"
We had a great Christmas and New Year in Corralejo and the villa was the perfect place to stay, we would definitely book this villa again. The location is great with the lovely Campanario Centre close by and an easy walk to the centre. We had some lovely meals out at restaurants down near the harbour in this area we particularly like Rompoleas(we went 3 times) and Manquesina(great paella) we also enjoyed La Mamma near the Big Ben shopping centre. New Years Eve was spent in McCarthy's Irish bar which was a great night with a singer and musician. My husband went to the local golf course and was made to feel very welcome and joined the guys that run the Corralejo Golf Society for a number of rounds on both the course in Corralejo and the 18 hole course in Calleta. The owners representative was very helpful and made sure that the changeover went smoothly with our luggage stored securely whilst we waited for our transfer.

"Home from home..."
Had a great holiday at this lovely house in July 2013. Nice sized house spread over thee floors. As you approach the house you have a small private patio terrace with table, 4 chairs and parasol. As you enter the property you immediately step into the lounge area with comfortable L-shaped sofa right and TV left. The downstairs is all open plan so continue on and you reach an open kitchen area with table and 4 chairs for dining. Continue on and there are stairs and a downstairs bath/shower/toilet and also a washing machine which is very useful with children. At the rear is the downstairs bedroom 1 with two single beds and a ceiling fan. An iron is also included in this room that has its own private patio terrace. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. The bedroom 2 has just long patio-door style windows that open with a hand-rail and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has a safe, ceiling fan opening onto another private terrace with two comfortable lounger chairs and another 2-seater lounger chair. Very comfortable for chilling out each evening. In the corner of this terrace are stairs going to the third floor where there is a roof terrace...tiled but with nothing there other than a satellite dish. The El Sultan complex is very nice, contemporary in appearance and has 4 pools in total, two serving this side of the complex and two serving the other side of the complex. The two nearest the house are just a few paces from the front door and despite not being heated are fine and our kids spent several hours each day enjoying these. The complex (not our house) was swept cleaned by local cleaners/gardeners/pool cleaners pretty much every day meaning the grounds were well kept and you felt like you were in a hotel complex. The etiquette in this complex is to drag your own loungers out each day to wherever you want to lounge by the pool...this may seem a bit strange but it actually works really well as you know you will always have a lounger and the pool the whole time we were there never had more than 8-10 people each day....often at around 11am we were the only ones by the pool. For local amenities, the Campinario shopping centre is 5mins stroll round the corner so ideally placed for essentials and food. A walk into town is probably about 15mins where there are plenty of bars/restaurants etc all very competitively priced. We had a great time at this house and would definitely recommend.

"Lovely place to stay."
This was our third stay in Casa Serenity. We love that we can have a bedroom and shower each! It has a wonderful roof terrace that has sun on it for most of the day. The pool area is practically outside the front door. It is very peaceful. The walk into town took us about 20 mins but there is a lovely shopping arcade about five minutes away. We look forward to going back again....soon!
