From any accommodation in "Holiday Vista" find excellent views either to Lanzarote and Lobos islands or Corralejo beaches. Spectacular scenery full of peace and tranquility. Inside you will find luxury accommodation, exquisite taste in decor, many amenities and enviable equipment: FREE WIFI internet, 40” LCD screen, European satellite channels, books, chess, table games, safety box, fully equipped kitchen with all kind of appliance, high quality beds and pillows for a restful sleep, etc. Outside find a private pool (with heating option), barbecue, outdoor dining, garden and parking garage.

We are renting two types of accommodations in this complex: Duplex and Bungalow ones. Any type has always three bedrooms: One Master Bedroom with a double bed and two Twin bedrooms. Then you will find a kitchen, living room, 2 complete bathrooms and solarium on the roof floor. Rest of facilities: standard in furnishing, equipment, appliance, swimming pool, TV channels, Wifi internet, etc.. are the same as its rental price.

Normally the exact location and type of accommodation where you will be staying, is assigned depending on our booking plan, subjected to new stays or late changes till the very last moment. However if you have any predilection, let us know when you book and we will take it into account to give you preference over subsequent stays.

In “Duplex” houses bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs; then kitchen, living room and an extra toilet room could be found in the ground floor. All "Duplex" are in front of the old golf course of the complex, currently out of use and maintenance. They also have sea views which can be direct or side depending on the orientation of each "Duplex".

“Bungalow” houses have exactly the same rooms except there is no Toilet room. As Bungalow houses, all rooms are located on the ground floor. The living room is about 30m2, ideal for big parties, families with small kids, seniors, small disabled needs. This type of accommodation is always located in the second row with respect to the golf course. From its huge solarium of 60m2, accessible by the stairs next to the pool, you can enjoy great sunbathing or magnificent views over the sea, Lanzarote & Lobos islands.

In the 250 of plot, there is a private swimming pool 5 x 2.20 m and 1.40 m deep, a set of 4 beds, 2 umbrellas, table and 6 deck chairs, barbecue, garden and a parking area. The entire perimeter is fenced to provide privacy.

Pool-heating service is provided on request as an optional extra. It costs 70 Euros up to a week (10 Euros for each additional day) which keeps the water around 26°C to 28°C from 11:00 to 20:00. In addition, all pools have a thermal blanket which helps to warm it up naturally with the sunlight and avoids the heat not to dissipate when placed over it.

If you want to pamper yourself a little bit more on your next stay Holiday Vista, book one of our portable Jacuzzis for 100 Euros per week. This option includes a bottle of Champagne to make this a memorable experience! So do not let it go!

"Mercadona" supermarket is just around the corner and couple of bars and restaurants in the area too. Only 5 minutes away by car you can find main beaches and Corralejo town with its shops, restaurants and pubs. A variety of maps and guides, are waiting for you to start organizing your holiday in Fuerteventura. We will be happy to assist you in planning your trips (places to visit, eat, shoppings, best beaches, etc.)

Please note that the golf course complex that handles another company is out of use and maintenance. This activity in any case is not part of our proposal that is only limited to the enjoyment of accommodation.

Getting around

Undoubtedly, renting a car in Fuerteventura is the best choice if you want to make the most of the island, its beaches, attractions, restaurants, supermarket, shopping, etc. The roads are quite easy and usually with little traffic; there are not many problems finding parking anywhere. Therefore the vast majority of tourists prefer renting a car. Second option is a taxi, which prices are quite reasonable and available with a simple call. Third option is the bus, but obviously limited by timings and the stops. Google Maps application (nowadays pre-installed in most devices) it is a great help to find and get to any place that interests you.

Interaction with guest

Customer service is very important to us. From the first moment we try to be pending of our guests needs until the moment they leave, making sure they have enjoyed a pleasant stay in our place. Our staff comes regularly to clean the pool and do chemical tests on it, as well as take the trash from the outside container of the accommodation. Our own office is in the area, so we are able also to come or get contacted via phone or email anytime a customer needs our help.

This local family owned company have a number of properties around what used to be the golf course on the edge of Corralejo,Fuerteventura,with panoramic views of the sea and Nature park beach.Absolutely stunning 360 degree views from the roof terrace. This is our second visit,five weeks,and have booked a third visit for 8 weeks.It is difficult to believe that in this day and age you can find quality at a decent price.Raju,Sunder and family make sure that detail counts and we thank them for that.We had a slight problem when we first arrived but within a few hours it was resolved.We have contacted them for advice about restaurants etc, and they have been great. I would add that if you like the noise of the bars/restaurants and a few drinks this may be a little too quiet,it suited us absolutely perfect.Taxis cost around 5 euro from here to town centre,Mercadona literally three minutes away,(we always hire a car from Autoreisen at the airport who are equally good at what they do,no rip off insurance etc,) but if you have a few drinks you can leave the car,get a 5 euro taxi,no problem. Holiday Houses make it clear that they are a separate company to the one who owns the hotel/golf complex so they do not have any input other than to their property.They also provide an excellent price that does not include a cleaner or fresh linen each week.Plenty of linen is made available in each villa and that again was perfect for us as we change bed linen twice a week back home.(someone else submitted a post criticising the linen issue but it is made perfectly clear on the website,) Raju and Sunder always say goodbye with the words,"txt or call if you need anything," The WiFi is now superfast so with a VPN you can watch U.K. T.V. live or catch up. What is there not to like ? When I think of something I will get back to you.It really is everything that we wanted.

How do damage deposits work?
