Modern 1 Bedroom apartment with all the facilities a modern traveller requires including free wi-fi.Large HDTV in lounge with multiple language channels including Sky Sports, Sky News, Sky Family Movie Channel,Cartoon Network and Eurosport.
Well cleaned and maintained by owners who are available 24hrs a day for any emergencies that may arise who also speak local language.

Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit has been received, deposit is based on 30% of total cost if holiday is more then 2 months away and 50% if holiday is less then 2 months away.

This can be paid into either an English Bank Account in Sterling or a Spanish Bank Account in Euros we then generally take the balance on arrival at the apartment in cash.

Alternatively if you wish to get it all out of the way before you travel this is also possible.

We now have the additional option of paying by pay-pal for your security. However if you choose this option collection

This modern property has everything you require for a self-catering holiday.
We also provide a great selection of latest release DVD's with the player in case you wish for a quite night in.
There is a ceiling fan in the lounge area for those times you wish for a little more breeze to keep you cool.
We do a midweek towel change and a full cleaning service on a weekly basis where the linen and towels are changed again.
This property is cleaned and maintained by the owner, no agents or outside contractors are used.

The complex offers 4 swimming pools and lovely mature tropical gardens that include seating areas by he ponds and waterfall which is a great place just to sit and relax.

The Canary Islands region

Fuerteventura is the 2nd largest of the Canary Islands with a history dating back to Spanish conquest of 1404.
Although it is the 2nd largest it is also the least developed as we have many large areas of National Park.
It is also the only island with all natural white sand beaches of which there are over 150, in the north of the island we have 3 blue flag beahes and this year 2012 we have had the distinction of being voted no 9th best beach in Europe.
Last year in 2011 we also received an award from the European Union for our great Bioshpere Achievements.
The people of Fuerteventura are well known for their great pains to achieve the true meaning of the Spanish word Manana, as in tomorrow but as we all know this never comes.

Corralejo

Corralejo is one of those rare breeds where although a town technically the locals still refer to it as a Village.
We have great facilities here, but if you want you can just relax by the waters edge and look out on the lovely calm waters between us and our sister island of Lanzarote.
There is a great selection of bars and restaurants from typical Tapas to modern Steak Houses, Chinese, Thai and Indian as well as a great deal of Pizzerias, in all some 250 Bars and Restaurants easily located within walking distance.
We have great transport on the island and it always runs on time.
There are many tours available locally including trips into the mountains to see historical building, churches and museums, or if you feel the need for a bit more adventure then there are Buggy tours, Jeep Tours and even trekking or bicycle tours.
