One bedroom self catering apartment on a beautiful centrally located complex, 300 metres from the local beaches and 100 metres from the local shopping centre.

Lots of Self Catering apartments now listed, make you pay for additional cleaning at the end of your stay, we believe that this is all part of the service, if you stay 1 week with us you will receive a towel change midweek and if you stay for two weeks or longer you will receive each week a full clean , change of linen and towels and well as the midweek towel change.

We think we provide everything you will need during your stay, the apartment has a full kitchen, wifi, and a nice private terrace with sunbeds and table with chairs.

We also provide a good service by us the owners, no agents, no outside contractors, and as we have lived here for 27 years we can offer some insights to Fuerte life if it is your first time.

There is a ceiling fan in the lounge area for those times you wish for a little more breeze to keep you cool.
We do a midweek towel change and a full cleaning service on a weekly basis where the linen and towels are changed again.
This property is cleaned and maintained by the owner, no agents or outside contractors are used.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Gary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
