Kalmahouse is perfect for your holiday, is relaxed, with nice decor and everything you need, 4 large bedrooms, perfect for families and couples.

Good lighting, all rooms have exterior windows. Fully furnished, with trousseau and kitchenware. Full equipped kitchen.

Two terraces, one on each floor.

Smoking is only allowed on the outside "terraces".
Only small pets are allowed, such as birds, hamsters, turtles and provided they live within their cages.
I would like you to know that the house is part of a gated community and not a resort, I mean, it's pretty quiet, and it is necessary to respect basic rules of coexistence. (No parties and noise, after 23:00, not swimming in the pool at night ...)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Carlos' villa. Whilst a little cramped for more than 6 guests (only 2 bathrooms), everything was perfectly as described. It was a 10-15 minute walk onto the main street of Corralejo and a taxi was only around €3 if you don't fancy the walk. We were provided with basics in the villa such as oil and salt and the kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, dishwasher and washing machine as well as plenty of cutlery and crockery. A bonus was that the outside terrace is pretty much south facing meaning it's in the sun all day! Carlos and Maria were perfect hosts and readily available if required

Beautiful spotless 4 bedroom villa. Fully equipped kitchen . Ideal for family holiday -we had children aged 11 and 13 who spent most of their time at pool although it was a little cold at this time of year.. Excellent location within walking distance of resort centre and close to restaurants and shopping centre.large pool and childrens pool which was never crowded. Highly recommended. Owner Carlos was a pleasure to deal with

Thanks to the owners. We were advised very well and facilitated the holidays. Very close to the house there are several services like laundry, bakery, coffee shops, supermarket ... The house is not in the center of Corralejo, but is very close and walking 10 minutes get to the main street where most shops, restaurants are ... The house is spacious and very beautiful. We were 4 friends and had a great time. We have a very good memory.

Carlos and Maria met us on arrival they were very welcoming and showed us around and left us water, chocolates and a bottle of fizz to celebrate the new year in which was a nice touch. The accommodation is on 2 levels the Super king bedroom being on the top level with its own ensuite. The pool is very clean but really cold this time of year. The playa grande beach 5 mins in car lovely and so was fazzs Indian restaurant right on the harbour front.

Stylish villa in a relaxing and peaceful location but within easy reach of the beach The villa was everything described and was beautifully presented and very clean. María the owner was very pleasant to deal with and was readily available to contact if required. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to relatives or family friends. The house is like the photos.

“Una casa perfecta para las vacaciones”

Pasamos una semana en febrero y nos lo pasamos muy bien. La casa la encontramos muy limpia a la entrada y es amplia (Entran cómodamente 8 personas). No está en el centro, pero está bien ubicada. Hay un centro comercial con supermercado, restaurantes y tiendas a 5 minutos de la casa. Las playas son increíbles. Sin duda, algún día repetiremos.

“Spacious appartment - fully equipped - nicely decorated”

We stayed in the apartment for a week in February 2012. The apartment is two levels - very spacious and nicely decorated. It is in a quiet parc with large swimming pool, unfortunately not heated and too cold to swim in Feb :-( It is possible to walk to the center of Corralejo, but it is a long walk. During the day we walked, but for dinner we were happy to have a car. Arrangements were easy, Carlos is a great guy and we would certainly consider renting this apartment again when visiting Fuerteventura.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung, mit unseren 4 Kindern haben wir sehr schöne Tage bei Carlos erlebt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut stimmig. Bei Problemen und Sorgen war Carlos sofort zu Stelle. Vielen Dank.

La casa es fantástica. En una zona residencial privada muy tranquila, con comodidad para aparcar, con amplias y apacibles piscinas (por lo que he visto, son poco frecuentadas), y cerca de todo lo importante de la localidad. Destacaría la limpieza; el orden; la armonía y estilo de todo su interior; la amplitud de espacios, que hizo que, las seis personas que éramos, estuviéramos desahogadas; la importante acumulación de artículos que cubren todas las necesidades; pequeños detalles (como que el dueño nos dejara turrón y cava para nuestra llegada); la competencia y disposición del propietario para que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto. Resumiendo. Puede decirse que, cuando reservamos alojamiento por internet, es la casa con la que siempre nos gustaría encontrarnos. Posee todo lo necesario para que uno se sienta como en su propio hogar. Repetiré, sin duda.
