Description

Our villa is detached with its own private pool set in secluded private gardens. The interior is furnished to a high very comfortable standard. The villa has been described by guests as a home from home.

The large patio doors in the lounge lead onto a furnished terrace and garden with pool and barbecue.

La Capellania is within easy reach of the areas glorious beaches and restaurants/bars and shops with Corralejo being approx 3 km into which there is a reliable bus service. La Capellania has its own well stocked supermarket within 5 min walk of villa and selection of bars/cafes.Ideal holiday base for families and couples alike.

We are happy to take bookings for any day of the week. Please email. As the villa has its own private pool guests should be aware that they may need to be vigilant with small children. All towels and bedding are provided. A breakages deposit of £100 is required.

Our villa is furnished and designed to the highest standards. The furniture has all been imported from the UK. There are 2 comfortable sofas with a coffee table. Full size 6 seater dining table. Sideboard with TV/DVD and a selection of books and games. Ipod docking station and CD player.
The kitchen boasts granite worktops, top quality units with full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave and sandwich maker. There is also a breakfast bar.
Bedroom 1 has an extremely comfortable leather king sized sleigh bed, large wardrobes and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2 has 2 comfortable single divan beds, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The villa is bungalow style and has its own private pool in secluded L shaped tiled garden planted with indigenous plants from the canary islands. There is a large round 6 seater wooden patio table on the raised terrace to enable you to enjoy eating al fresco... 4 comfortable sunbeds with parasols. The garden has a purpose built stone barbecue which means you never need leave the glorious sunshine even to cook. Outdoor shower. There is also an outside utility room with washing machine and drying facilities. The front of the villa has its own private driveway with pergoda. Smoking is permitted outside the villa.

stayed for 10 days, all that you need in the villa, very clean, nice outside in the garden, sunshine all day, nice and quite, will stay again, need a car.

Owner's reply: We are disappointed to read the his review. We have asked for the pillows to be replaced. The bedding has recently been purchased so can’t understand this comment. We always leave contact numbers for our guests if they have a query. Our key holder was not contacted about any problems. The boiler was found to be leaking on cleaning the villa after the guests departure and was replaced immediately. Fuerteventura is very hot and dry in the Sumer which causes the tropical plants to look parched. They are watered regularly and during the winter/spring months recover and flower profusely. We have asked for the garden to be checked for cats entering. Our key holders live close by and have not noticed any activity. We always recommend a car to enjoy what the beautiful island has to offer. La Capellania is a quiet tranquil location which is why we regularly welcome returning guests.

Basic, functional but tired with light bulbs not working window sealed with duck tape kitchen units patched with parcel tape. Garden furniture passed it's best with some broken and unusable. Swimming pool steps broken and unusable. No cleaning materials provided. Considered expensive would not go to this villa again not recommended

Owner's reply: We are disappointed to receive this review.The lightbulbs are checked after every guest vacates and I’m told all were working on the guests arrival. The garden parasol has been left up in a windy day and broke. This has been replaced. We take pride in having a lovely kitchen with granite worktops and all white goods anyone could require. The swimming pool can be accessed by the tiered stone steps. As we have lots of children staying this is the safest way for them hem to get in and out of the pool. The villa offers 2 bedrooms, suitable for 4 guests, large lounge/dining room, well fitted kitchen, bathroom, extensive outside space with private pool for the advertised rates.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
