Beautiful 2 bedroom bungalow finished to a very high standard, with air conditioning and private WiFi, suitable for families or couples. Located within a quiet and private complex of just 16 units with a large shared swimming pool and sun bathing area.The bungalow has a small front garden and private entrance to hall, with bathroom and 2 bedrooms off. The hall opens into a large lounge area with breakfast bar separating kitchen area. Leading from the lounge are large patio doors onto private terrace area, with table, chairs and sun loungers. The terrace is south facing so has 365 days a year sunshine. The pool has recently been refurbished and is in full view from the terrace area.

The nearest beech is just a 250 metre walk, and the famous beeches of the sand dunes are a 20 minute walk.

Local shops, bars and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk to the El Campanario centre, and the main town centre is a 15 - 20 gentle walk, where you will find numerous shops, bars and restaurants.

The property has recently (June 2016) had the bathroom refurbished, and has been decorated throughout and along with the internal furnishings it is of a high standard, which will provide all you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday, and has private WiFi

Corralejo has a beautiful old town around the harbour area, and is well worth the short walk to experience all that it has to offer.

Local attractions incl a water park, bike hire, sand buggy's, and numerous water sports

The Canary Islands region

With over three thousand hours of sunshine a year, the weather conditions of Fuerteventura are very similar to Florida and Mexico which are on the same latitude, which make this island the ideal holiday location all year round!

There is no other island in the Canaries with as many enormous sand dunes and long sandy beaches (more than one hundred and fifty). Even though most of the land on Fuerteventura consists of stone and rock, this island has some of the most impressive beaches in the whole of Europe. Approx 98km long and 30km across at the widest point.

In the history of time Fuerteventura is generally regarded as the oldest of all the Canaries and its strange contours come from various volcanic episodes. The last eruption occurred about 7,000 years ago so you're pretty safe! Should you wish to see some volcanic activity take a trip to the neighbouring island of Lanzarote, it's well worth the effort. You can also take a short boat trip over to the small island of Los Lobos (only 6sq km) and really get away from it all.

Water sports are very popular in Fuerteventura. Every year hundreds of surfers, windsurfers, kitesurfers, and divers descend on the island.

Corralejo

Corralejo which was once a small fishing village which has now grown into a lively colourful town.

Luckily though, Corralejo has managed to retain its original charm and atmosphere, and there are still white sandy beaches in the town centre, where you can soak up the Canarian sunshine.

Most of the shops, bars and restaurants are along the main street which leads right down through the music square and on to the harbour which looks across the other side of town and the sand dunes.
These dunes (which are a protected nature reserve) lie just beyond the town. The dunes spread for miles along the east coast and this is what makes Corralejo such a popular resort.
