This mid-century style 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home sleeps 6 and is highlighted by stunning unobstructed ocean views provided by gigantic windows stretched across on the top floor. This is particularly special during the sunsets and you can appreciate the variations of the position of the sun during the different seasons. There are no street lights in the neighborhood, so at night you can enjoy the moonlight glistening off the Pacific Ocean.

The entrance to the house is on the top floor through which you will gain immediate access to a grand living room with over 1000ft living space and the spectacular views. In the living room are comfortable couches, a fireplace, and pool table. The floor plan is quite open and the kitchen and dining room abut the living room to the side. The kitchen has a 6 burner gas stove and a sub-zero refrigerator. On quiet nights you can even hear the sea lions barking.

The bedrooms include: (1) master suite with king sized bed and en ensuite bathroom with shower and large soaking tub, (2) bedroom with a queen bed and (3) bedroom with a queen sized sofa bed. There is also a second separate bathroom with shower.

This was my primary residence for 15 years, so I have meticulously decorated it with antique oriental rugs and works of art collected from favorite galleries.

Total living space is approximately 2500 sq feet.

Corona del Mar or CdM is Spanish for "Crown of the Sea". This neighborhood is part of the incorporated affluent city of Newport Beach, California. Corona del Mar generally comprises most of the land on the seaward face of the San Joaquin Hills. It receives all municipal level services from the City of Newport Beach. Corona del Mar is famous for its fine beaches, tide pools, cliff side views and quaint village shops. Beaches in the area include Corona del Mar State Beach, including "Little Corona Beach" and "Big Corona Beach" as well as Crystal Cove State Park south of Corona del Mar, accessible by paths winding down a steep hillside. This area has been the setting for multiple movie and television episodes throughout the years.

Corona del Mar

This ocean view house is located in a very prestigious, safe and quiet neighborhood on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The house is 220 ft above sea level but only a few blocks from the water. There is plenty of street parking available. You can easily walk (or take a bike cruiser) to the quaint shops, cafes and restaurants in Corona del Mar. Little Corona Beach, Big Corona Beach and Crystal Cove are within walking distance. The grander Southern California beaches- Newport Beach, Laguna Beach are all within a short driving distance. The Laguna Beach area is famous for its arts and culture and there are numerous eclectic studios peppered throughout. If shopping is your pleasure, there are two world class popular shopping centers, Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza, located a short drive away.
