House adheres to all COVID-19 Protocols, and staff has been vaccinated. Twin House is a getaway villa, with an inground pool and several lounging areas, perfect for a relaxing trip or group gatherings. The house is surrounded by luscious hills that are spectacular during sun rise and sunset, and the ocean can be seen on a clear day from the lounge area on the top of the house. The internet has been upgraded to fiber with WIFI throughout the villa. The villa has 5 bedrooms with 4 King size beds and 2 Twin size, A/C in every room, private bathrooms for each room, villa comfortably sleeps 10 (extra beds are available), full kitchen w/ dishware, dining room, Gazebo, 3 separate lounge areas, inground pool, pool lounge area, and a rooftop tiki hut. Transportation to and from the airport/port is provided. Extra amenities are available for a fee to include: in-house massage, private chef (needs to be organized in advance), full laundry service, and exclusive tour packages.

I'm glad you had a fantastic and memorable time, its why we built the vacation home! I really appreciate your patience with the poor internet. It took us over 6 months of pressuring the local fiber company to run a line to the house, but we are happy to finally report that the villa now has fiber internet, as of July 2022. Thank you for staying at Twin House we really appreciate it.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
