Nestled in a ‘green belt’ in the high desert of northern Arizona, this quaint property is surrounded by lush, irrigated acres of grass, trees and flowers that is in stark comparison with its desert surroundings. Visit a nearby winery, go fishing at Oak Creek, hike through the red rocks of Sedona, and marvel at beautiful sunsets from this peaceful property.

Awake from a peaceful slumber in the bedroom’s queen bed or the den’s twin bed to be greeted by a tranquil ambiance that you can only experience at this Cornville country cottage. Get ready for the day in the pristine bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and separate, jetted bathtub. 

The homey, fully equipped kitchen invites you to brew a pot of coffee and prepare a hearty breakfast for you and your loved ones.  There will be plenty of time later to dine out at the local area’s numerous restaurants.

Proudly serve your home-cooked masterpiece at the charming dining table by the wood-burning stove. On the occasional rainy day, you can cuddle up with a book on the comfy loveseat in the sitting area, or retire to the den and stretch out on the couch, or lounge in the reclining armchair and watch a movie or cable TV.

Situated in a bona fide wine country, the home is surrounded by many wineries that offer tastings, including Chateau Tumbleweed Winery, Alcantara Vineyards, Page Springs Cellars, and Echo Canyon Winery. 

Enjoy shopping at Old Town Cottonwood, hiking in the red rocks of Sedona, visiting the museums and art galleries in Sedona, and dining at the many unique restaurants within 10 to 20 minutes of the cottage. 

For a 2-hour road trip that will surely be worth every second, make your way to the Grand Canyon, where you’ll be stunned by the immenseness and views of this popular national park.

- Peaceful Cornville location on a cul-de-sac that backs up to Oak Creek - Easy access to wine tastings, kayak tours, restaurants, Old Town Cottonwood, Sedona, museums, art galleries and the Grand Canyon!

- Please note: This property is the homeowner’s part-time residence, so there are some personal belongings in the cottage. Also, the owner has an essential oils company, and uses pure, medicinal essences in the home when she is there.

- We have natural pest control company treat both the inside and outside of the Cottage, on a bi-monthly basis, with organic, natural, insect repellant substances such as rosemary oil, diatomaceous earth; no toxic pesticides are used.

- The Gazebo has some motion-sensitive "fairy lights" that may come on if you walk out towards the structure at night, or if an animal triggers it.

Ditch/Flood Irrigation Information

- The entire neighborhood uses ditch/flood irrigation to water the properties.

- Once a week, between Friday and Sunday, our neighbor will irrigate the property

- The neighbor will be using the ditch down to the far right of the property to irrigate the sideyard and grassy area next to the Cottage

- The areas of the property that are not reached by the flood irrigation process are watered by a sprinkler system that turns on nightly at 11:30 and will water three lawn zones, one after the other for 30 minutes each

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
