Looking for a romantic getaway? Come and relax in the Tuscan hills. This is a recently renovated, semi-detached (just 2 other apartments in the building) ground floor 1 bedroom apartment, just opened to the public.

Situated 5 to 10 minutes walk from the river's beautiful waterfalls, with its invitingly clear waters. The apartment is just 20 to 25 minutes (walking) from the centre of Bagnone, where you can find amazingly good value bars, restaurants, and shops.

We came for a weeks holiday and fell in love with the area immediately. Before we knew it, we were back to spend 7 months renovating this 200yr old apartment.

Fans and heaters are provided. The house has metre thick walls so stays cool in summer and warm in winter. Despite not having central heating, guests can be assured that the heating is sufficient for winter lets.
Shower Room with space for two under a massive shower.

Please note that wireless internet access is kindly provided by our neighbours for a small fee (payable to them during your stay). This does mean we cannot guarantee this facility.

We have maps of the area, DVDs, books, and a guitar in the house. We also keep enough basics to make a simple meal in case you arrive late and hungry, we ask guests to replace any items used.

Owner's reply:
We were in the process of moving house when this booking was placed, which is why the responses and rental agreement were slow in getting there. The refund of the deposit was sent once by cheque and didn't arrive, so I sent it again. I did offer immediate refund via paypal. As regards the electricity shorting out, this was a fault of the electricity supplier, and we have rectified this. Guests can of course expect to have hot water without turning the fridge off! Had the guest who left this review let us know we would of course have given a full refund and found them alternative accommodation. We can assure guests that the apartment is fitted out to a very high standard and is in a superb location. We have a guest book full of glowing reviews and I hope this one won't put people off enjoying what is a great place to stay.

How do damage deposits work?

If Will (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
