Peyrecout, a renovated Corps de Ferme, is set in three acres of tranquil hillside, with spectacular views, recently renovated , with big swimming pool during summer and hot tub out of summer (Jacuzzi).
You are in a quiet place but not far from turistic places
Peyrecout is the ideal holiday for couples, families, friends and celebrations.
The farmhouse is in the beautiful unspoiled Pays des Bastides area of Tarn, departement 81, in south west France part of the area known collectively as the Midi-Pyrénées. Only a few minutes away is Laguépie, a lively town famous for its chestnut festival, which is situated between the popular bastide and medieval towns of Cordes-sur-Ciel, Monesties, Najac, Puycelsi and St. Antonin-Noble-Val. Or you could , Roquefort, Toulouse Lautrec Museum in Albi, Millau Viaduct or one of the many Gaillac vineyards. There are a variety of activities within a few kilometres of the farm including canoeing, horse riding, walking, cycling and the Cap' Découverte Leisure and Adventure Park.
Situated 94km north-east of Toulouse and 73km from Rodez airports La Peyrecout is ideal as a base to explore South West France.

You can also ask for cleaning during your stay (12€/hour) and decide final cleaning done by owner: 65€
INSIDE LES GRIVATS
Sleeping: The cottage accommodates up to 7 people comprising of 3 bedrooms, 1 double en-suite and 1 adjoining twin upstairs and 1 double en-suite downstairs.
Bathrooms: The cottage has 2 bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. To pamper yourself, the en-suite bathrooms are newly fitted and have large walk-in showers, twin wash basins and heated towel rails. The upstairs bathroom also has a bath to relax in.
Entertainment: Relax on one of the comfortable sofas . There is a large library of books for your use and enjoyment.
Eating and Living: The open plan kitchen is equipped to a high standard including electric oven and fitted gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge with useful size freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster,
A good range of stainless steel saucepans and quality knife set in a block are provided. You will also find an iron and ironing board. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.
Heating: There is electric fire for cooler months ( additonal cost for these cooled season)
Smoking: No smoking allowed inside the cottage.

Swimming Pool: The 11×6m swimming pool is an ideal place to relax during the day. There are comfortable sun loungers, parasols and an abri providing a shady area to relax in. The swimming pool fully complies with recent French safety legislation. (Normally open June – September)

Peyrecout is in the beautiful unspoiled Pays des Bastides area of Tarn in South West France part of the area known collectively as the Midi-Pyrénées. We are close to the many bastide towns unique to the South West of France. Our local village, 5mins away, is Laguépie nestled at the junction of the rivers Viaur and Aveyron. Laguépie is a lively market town with its famous for its chestnut festival and medieval castle bordering Tarn et Garonne and Aveyron` which is situated between the popular bastide towns of Cordes-sur-Ciel, Najac, Puycelsi and St. Antonin-Noble-Val.
There are a variety of activities within a few kilometres of the farm including canoeing, horse riding, walking, golf ,sailing, cycling and mountain biking. Only 15minutes away is Cap'Découverte where you can water ski, snowboard, ski, zip-line and toboggan all summer .
