Comfortable 3 bedroom (+ 1 bedroom and children's play area in the basement) waterfront villa Rozalia is located in the popular tourist area of Coral Bay, 30 meters away from the sea. Fully equipped kitchen, private parking, swimming pool with patio and green area, 350 meters from various amenities.

A unique opportunity for you, coming out of the villa, immediately step into a clean and gentle Mediterranean Sea.

Here you can have amazing breakfasts under the warm sun by the sea.

In the evening you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.

There are 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. 1 bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinet with a lamp on it, chest of drawer and built in wardrobes. The other bedroom has two single beds, bedside cabinets with a lamp on one of them, a chest of drawer and built in wardrobes. There is a safe in this bedroom. Both bedrooms have access to an open verandah that offers magnificent views of the sea and the green landscape that is surrounded by Palms .

There is also a spacious outdoor terrace on the first floor, which overlooks the back yard of the villa.

On the ground floor there is an open plan living room, which has recently been redesigned. There is 3x3m faux leather corner sofa with an oval glass coffee table in front, a smart TV set is hung on the wall on the hanger that can be moved around. An armchair with a side table and a lamp on it and another side table to comfortably use your p.c. Dining room with table and 6 chairs, fully equipped kitchen, one more bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside cabinet, night table with a chair, guest shower and WC are on the ground floor too. The kitchen has everything necessary for comfortable living - cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, cooking utensils.

In the basement there is another bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds, with children's play area for more comfort of the guests.

The villa has a private 5x3 swimming pool, an open terrace with comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the views are in the front yard.

This beautiful property is fully air-conditioned and has central heating as well.

There is a private car parking area.

Bed linen, towels, hair dryer, iron with ironing board and airer are provided.

Satellite TV and internet/wifi are available.

Popular sandy Coral beach is within 10 - 15 minutes walk from the villa in about 700 meters.

The main street of Coral Bay tourist area is within 350 meters. Here you can find everything you need -Local, Chinese, Indian and Italian restaurants, bars, numerous taverns, supermarket, amusement park, bank, pharmacy, 24h ATM machine and a bus stop.

This villa is for a great and memorable stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Water is heated only by the boiler.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and is paid separately in cash upon departure at the rate of 0.25 cents per kw/h always according to the meter reading.

Bed line, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.

Free Internet/Wifi

Please do not throw papers down the toilet, use the bins provided.

When guests move the furniture, they are kindly asked to return them back to its original place.

How do damage deposits work?
