"Perfect location and excellent villa facilities."

I had planned a trip with my late husband to take his sister to Cyprus for her special 'O' birthday. The trip ended up being for myself, my sister-in-law and 4x 20 something year olds. The owner was so understanding when I kept having to change the booking details and the info he sent through to get us to the property was excellent! The villa is spacious and although there was 6 of us with only 1 bathroom and the downstairs cloakroom there was no problems at all. The pool was great and was cleaned twice whilst we were there. All in all I would recommend this villa particularly to a family. I think the only issue we had was with ants in the kitchen but that quite obviously can be resolved easily.

"Everything you could wish for if you wanted peace & quiet & plenty to do for the children."

Had a great 2 weeks stay at Belle view Villa. It was perfect for couples, and families of all ages. The villa was in a great location, pretty little road with peace & quiet, yet close enough to all the action if you want it. We went with our teenage son and spent mornings out at Corilla Beach boarding the waves, and there are plenty of places to eat & drink aswell which isn't too far but you can catch the bus up & back in the heat. (1.50 euro). Also enjoyed a few nights in playing cards & having a BBQ, great spot to sit on the balcony for star gazing & bird watching in the mornings.Overall had a very special time there and we would love to go back again.

"Great value for money"

First and foremost, the owner Stephen went out of his way to be helpful in the weeks leading up to our holiday - he sent maps, guides, organised a welcome basket including items we'd requested, teed up a really cheerful driver, Andy, to ferry us from the airport (Andy turned up with cold beers for us - fantastic) and he was great. The pool guy (Dave) who dropped in once or twice is also a really nice bloke and willing to help with any questions The villa itself is a generous 2 bedroom, located on a really quiet street which has a mixture of locals and rented property, The bedrooms are a good size and the beds and sofas are comfortable. The kitchen is functional with an electric oven, and whilst the bathroom is a bit pokey, there's a downstairs loo as well. The aircon in the bedrooms and living area is ice-cold and very welcome There was a bit of a problem with ants in the kitchen, apparently not uncommon for many houses this time of year, and they're on the work surfaces and some cupboards, and despite putting down lots of powder, really hard to quell. We probably spent a good half-hour a day putting ant powder down and clearing the mess again - but if they're a problem in most houses, then that's life. That said, not one cockroach to be seen anywhere and a surprising lack of mosquitoes, flies and wasps. Not much of a grumble really In terms of facilities, the house is ideal for all types of folk - it has a TV, DVD (including videos), playstation (including games), ipod docking station, board games and books. But given the weather, most people will be outside and that's where the house wins. Its got a great pool cleaned twice a week by Dave, a very generous patio area with sun-loungers and chairs - plenty of room for 6 or more people. Around the border of the garden are some really well-kept shrubs including jaffa and clementine trees and an outdoor shower. There's also a shed with rubber rings, balls, tennis rackets etc for the pool. It's also got a BBQ and someone had the decency to leave coal and firelighters In terms of area, the Coral Bay centre is a bit of a one-trick pony- it's cabaret every night in the half dozen bars, and many restaurants are fairly mediocre. The beach is rammed but as you've got your own pool, we didn't bother staying. Rather than traipse the 15min walk, stay local to the villa and check out the Coral Tavern for a friendly and authentic Cyprus experience just up the road or O'Connell's Irish bar which, although puts on entertainment every night, also rustles up the coldest Calsberg in town and charges half the price of those on the strip. There's a decent Indian and Italian restaurant close by too For me and my wife, we were simply looking for a bit of privacy, put our feet up for a week, and have a meal and a few drinks each evening - and we had a great time. We'd scoured a lot of websites before we settled on this property, and we were really pleased with our choice. Its really cost effective versus hotels, you have your own space and time to live your holiday on your agenda. If there were more of you (a family say) we think you'd have equally as good a time
