A washing machine is also located in the utility room.

From the sitting area as well from the kitchen and the hall, balcony doors lead to a very big veranda. Some steps take you down to the pools square. The pools dimensions are 10m x 5m ( depth 1m-2m ). On this square there is also a barbecue and a summer house. Four flore scents given a green touch to the pool square. On the right of the main entrance a beautiful staircase leads to the first floor. Climbing the stairs you find your self in a small kitchen area. This area leads to the three bedrooms. The first bedroom is a twin bedroom with en-suit a shower, the second is the master bedroom with a five feets double bed with en- suit shower +jacuzzi. The third bedroom is also a five feets double bed with en-suit bathroom.

From the two double beds bedrooms and the small kitchen balcony doors lead to a big veranda with pergola. The interior of the villa is fully air conditioned. The view from inside and outside of the villa is extra ordinary. All the verandas and the pool square are surrounded by stone columns giving to the villa the feeling of a small palace.

The Paphos District

Paphos is a coastal town in the southwest of Cyprus.

Paphos is the mythical birthplace of the goddess Aphrodite ( The Greeks agreed that Aphrodite had landed at the site of Paphos when she rose from the sea).

In Greco-Roman times Paphos was the island's capital, and it is famous for the remains of the Roman Governor's palace, where extensive, fine mosaics are a major tourist attraction.

Today Paphos is a popular sea and a fast developing tourist resort, home to an attractive fishing harbour.

Coral Bay

This charming village clings to the rugged hills that act a backdrop to Cyprus ' most photogenic stretch of coastline.

Below glitter the crystal waters of the Mediterranean, while to the north the silhouetted peak of Ayios Yeoyios marks the beginning of the untouched Akamas Peninsula.

The region from Coral Bay to Sea Caves is the most attractive place.

Fantastic villa for 3 generations of my family seven of us in total Plenty of space for everyone and great facilities Georgios was always available if we needed anything but to be honest it's all there already Nice touch was a welcome pack after our arrival with some food and drink for the evening and breakfast on the first day Suggest you pay extra for air con in the bedrooms if travelling in the hotter months Highly recommended would certainly book again Dave & family

“Amazing views”

Reviewed 11 Sep 2016

The villa is lovely and spacious. The bedrooms are large and en-suite and all go onto a balcony. The kitchen is a real family room with a large table for us all to sit round. Had a bit of trouble with the dishwasher due to the lime scale. The family living room was great for games etc. The television set up really needs updating we took some dvd's for the children and the dvd player wouldn't play one of them! The wifi was very intermittent and slow. The patio area was perfect for the grandchildren to play ( both under 3) and it was great that you had to open gates to get to the poolside. The swimming pool was lovely and warm and used all the time but it did have to be cleaned before we used it as it was green! The pagoda was a welcome relief from the sun and to eat meals. And the barbecue was used often shame it wasn't gas! The views day/night are amazing. The little ants are a real problem and they bite and it really stings the grandchildren were bitten most days as we found them round the sealant on the pool steps where the children sat. You definitely need to hire a car for this villa. The ice cream man calls daily and has freebies! His fresh orange juice is a must! The beach is about 10 minutes away if that, but we found it very busy. Went for a walk from villa but it was just rocks no beach. There are numerous lovely restaurants. Days out the water park was a winner and the waterfalls. Went up through the mountains and went to see where boats are moored a lovely day and food was amazing. We used Phillipos supermarket where we found everything we needed. We had to pay for the air conditioning for each unit daily which worked out to 400 euros which we weren't expecting but was necessary due to the heat. We had a couple of problems but Giorgos was just an email away and he came out Asap to sort it. We had a fantastic holiday and the villa was lovely thank you Giorgos

Hello Sheila, I would like to thank you for staying in our villa for your holidays and you had a fantastic holiday in a lovely villa. The dvd works but may be the connection was faulse but when I visit you you told me this but you gave emphasis to the playstation 2 that I bringt to you. The pool was little green the first day. After the maintenance controled the water and everything was ok. The small ants are everywhere. I try everytime to resolve this problem. As I know I have controled this problem. The number of theese now is too small and asking other customers about this they told me that there is no problem and they didn't know that other customers have problem with the ants. As for the air conditioning are extra and you can see this in the web site. If the air conditioning was included in the price and I had to pay for electricity, cleaners, laundry, maintenance for pool itd, then I had to pay extra money from my pocket. Some other owners have included the air conditioning in the price but if you will see the price is too high comparing the price of my villa without the price of airconditionig. And if somebody compare the prices with different villas will see that my villa is cheaper than other simillar villas adding the airconditioning to the price of my villa. And something else my villa is beautiful, comfortable with fantastic view and its very difficult to find other villas with theese above. I would like to thank you again and I am sure that I will see you again in my villa because I have customers they visited my villa 6 times 4 times 3 times. Best Regards Giorgos

“THE BEST SUNSET FROM A VILLA - WHAT A VIEW”

Reviewed 3 Jun 2012

Just arrived back last night from a fantastic week in this wonderful villa, the owner was excellent and very friendly - we were allowed to keep the villa on until our departure as there was nobody else due to arrive. Where do I begin, we arrived late on Saturday night, and the welcome pack was excellent, we could make tea and coffee, and there was fresh milk for the children, we all went to the local bar Spillies, and had our evening meal, the staff were great, even although it was very late, we all had a lovely fresh meal. Next morning we went for provisions to use the BBQ for our evening meal, there is a good choice of supermarkets and Cash & Carries, we bought plenty of fresh meat, veg, and fruit, we then spent the day relaxing around the pool and watched the sun go down, then over to Spillies for a night cap, Inside the villa is very spacious, with everything you would need for a family, we had 2 young children with us (1 year old and a 4 year old) cots, high chair, and a washing machine which was much appreciated, also the dishwasher was great, saved on a lot of washing up. We had hired 2 large Pajeros which hold 7 in each car, so we had plenty of room for touring about, there is a shipwreck close by (Edro III) which is good to see, with plenty of caves to look at, and also a small cafe/bar/bistro, the food there was amazing, I loved my Cafe Latte and Chicken Caeser Salad. There was so many places we went to during the day, we were glad for the quiet and relaxation around the pool at night. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone - a car is a must though.

“Superb spacious Villa , Great views , lovely location . Well maintained .”

We have visited Villa Dioni for two years now . We will visit again because for our family of six it suits all our needs . The villa is well equipped and spacious .The rooms all have Air conditioning available and upstairs rooms all have access to a large balcony area , via patio doors, with lovely extensive sea views. The views of the sea are a wonderful backdrop to the large pool area which is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds and a pretty garden . The Gazebo and Barbeque area are great for long lazy afternoons and we found it was our favourite location for many dinner parties at night ! There are many large local supermarkets which make this a great place to self cater if you want to tear yourself away from the local restaurants which were very friendly and had excellent fresh food. The Owners are very attentive and maintain the property to a high standard . They are easily contactable and quick to attend to matters should they arise which is comforting when travelling with the family. The main beach at Coral Bay has plenty of watersports on offer for teens and lots of sand for younger children. You will also find plenty of places to eat and drink in Coral Bay as well as Car hire and Jeep Safari .This Villa appeals to us because we can relax in privacy or easily join in with the activites on offer nearby . Lovely , Can't wait to go back !
