From the owner

Villa Coral Diamond has 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom, one en-suite bathroom and a cloakroom downstairs, it has an open plan living/dining area. Two of the bedrooms have balconies with sea and mountain views. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi Internet, which is included in the price. The villa has luxury solar fly/mosquito screen fitted throughout which let in the breeze but not the insects. BBC 1&2, ITV, SKY NEWS and SKY SPORTS 1&5 can be received on the TV via our internet box and are also free of charge.

The villa is set in a large plot with a spacious south-west facing sun terrace surrounds the larger than average walk-in swimming pool (9m x 4m), which has the sun from nine in the morning to sunset. It has a sea view from the raised veranda and the upstairs balcony. The villa is enclosed by side and rear gardens where you will find a brick built barbecue. There is a luxury patio table and chairs for 6, umbrellas, 6 luxury sun loungers, a lovely, shady Pergola with a further table with chairs by the pool, where you can enjoys the days and evenings in the peace and quiet. There is also a pool-shower and private off-street parking. The villa is completely fenced in and very secure for young children.

The villa has a spacious lounge and is open plan with lovely seating area, 40"LCD TV/Satellite/DVD. There is a large wooden dining table with sitting for six. Patio doors leading on to sunny veranda and pool area.

The Master bedroom is huge with a kingsize bed, balcony and en-suite. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a balcony. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. The balconies have sea and mountain views. All have spacious fitted wardrobes. There is also a lovely family bathroom and a cloakroom downstairs. All linen and towels are included.

We send an information pack a few weeks before departure, which has all the information our guests need (key code for the villa keys, WiFi password, detailed description to the villa in case of car hire, suggestions for days out etc.) It also includes the contact details for our villa managers, a lovely British family, in case you need to get in touch with them. They also clean the pool and they usually come very early through the side gate. Since 2020, there are no meet and greets anymore, but the managers or us can be contacted at anytime. In the villa, there is a black information folder on the coffee table with local information etc.

The end clean is included, but it doesn't include doing the dishes/dishwasher or disposing of rubbish. The bins for disposing rubbish are on either side of the cul-de-sac entrance. A mid stay clean or additional linen/towel change can be booked with the villa manager. Please settle in Euros directly with them. Please bring your own beach towels.

    Thank you very much for your helpful review and we are happy that you enjoyed the villa and its' amenities very much. We are a 5min walk away from the pub and we normally don't hear any noise from them but maybe you were unfortunate and there was a party. The villa is away from the noisy strip and normally also far enough from the one pub within 5min walking. For personal hygiene reasons and heat reasons we advice in our holiday info documents prior to arrival to use a pool towel on the sun loungers as it can get very hot in Cyprus. We loved you staying as guest and will hopefully welcome you back another time!

    How do damage deposits work?
