Mikaella is a 2 bedroom bungalow providing a charming retreat for two couples or a small family seeking a private haven to experience the traditional life of the Island of Cyprus.

The bungalow has its own private 8x4 swimming pool and a nicely maintained garden for endless, care free relaxing hours in the ever shining Mediterranean sun.

The bungalow is located in cul de sac offering a clean, quiet and well built environment with a walking distance location to all the needed amenities, restaurants and shops.

Mikaela is uniquely positioned with close proximity to both the popular beaches of Corallia beach (Laourou Beach) which is only an 8 min walk and Coral Bay which is a 9 min walk. Both Corallia and Coral Bay beaches boast golden sands and clean blue waters, and are certified blue flag bays.

An abundance of shops, restaurants and bars serving locally grown and prepared food are present in Coral Bay strip which is only a 9 min walk from Mikaela. Also the convenience of shops delivering groceries back to your holiday home will make it easier for you to support a beautiful sunset meal.

The swimming pool has variable depths (0.90 x 1.80) in addition to flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night.

The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space and is furnished with solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds and rattan sofas setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by the roofed terrace which is footsteps away from the swimming pool where you will be welcomed with a 6 piece comfortable rattan dining set.

Through high sliding doors you will be able to access the fully air conditioned living room which is furnished with two leather beige sofas gathered around the modern coffee table which provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options).

The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering a microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, electric kettle and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home.

The 2 large air-conditioned rooms can accommodate 4 adults with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. The en-suite master bedroom sports a queen size bed whilst the second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds with a dedicated bathroom.

**Complimentary baby cot and high chair are provided for our little guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
