Sleeps 6 + Infant. Villa Marina is a stunning detached 3 bed villa, perfectly located on a quiet cul de sac in a gated development. It is just 3 minutes walk to the best sandy beach in Coral Bay and within walking distance to all amenities.

A complimentary welcome pack is provided to all guests and there is air conditioning in all rooms and is included in the price. Beach towels as well as indoor towels are also provided for your convenience. WIFI is available on request. We can also offer our guests a range of massages and beauty treatments within the comfort of the villa as well as a mobile hairstylist and gourmet catering for that special occasion. All available on request.

The villa is beautifully furnished and offers luxury and comfort throughout, with attention paid to every detail to ensure the perfect holiday. The open plan living/dining room is bright and spacious with flat screen Satellite TV (with all the main UK Channels) and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect to find at home. The master bedroom has a king size bed, luxury en-suite and a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the fantastic sea views. If travelling with infants, a cot, highchair and Avent steriliser are provided free of charge.

The villa's tropical garden really sets it apart. It is particularly large as it is situated on a bold corner plot and is very private and secluded with tall hibiscus hedging around the perimeter. It is a place where you can relax and unwind on comfortable sun loungers with extra thick cushions, while your children play on the large area of lawn or in the private pool (free toys and inflatables also available). The pool is always kept in an immaculate condition and has a shallow and deep end to suit all swimming abilities. There are graduating steps built into the shallow end of the pool which makes it much easier for young children to safely enter the pool. There are 2 large patios with comfortable furniture for alfresco dining and a traditional stone BBQ for the warm summer evenings. As the villa is on a cul de sac, there is no through traffic, so you can allow your children to run wild in the garden knowing they are safe.

Coral Bay is perfect for families as its beaches are safe and clean with warm shallow water. All the nearby restaurants are welcoming and very child friendly. The 5 star Coral Beach Hotel and the Thalassa Hotel are just a 3 minute walk where you can indulge in their wonderful Spa treatments. Horse riding, fishing, go-karing, tennis, scuba diving and other watersports are all available close by. Three excellent golf courses are within a 20 minute drive and Paphos Harbour and town centre with its historic harbour and museums is less than 15 minutes by car. Paphos airport is a 25 minute drive. Therefore, car hire is not necessary unless you wish to explore more of the Island. Car hire can be arranged on request. There is also a bus stop just opposite the entrance to the development with a regular bus service into Paphos town centre and Aphrodites Water Park. The famous Troodos mountain range is a 2 hour journey.

Villa Marina offers the perfect holiday for families and couples whether you are looking for fun fills days or quiet ones just by the pool. We make special arrangements for honeymoon couples to ensure their stay is truly memorable. All our guests are very well looked after by our fantastic property managers for whom nothing is too much trouble. If you have special requests or need particular assistance, please let me know and I will do my very best to accommodate you.

Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and board, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. Living Rooms: Bright and spacious open plan living/dining room which has been beautifully furnished with soft and comfortable sofas, coffee table, lamp tables and dining table with 6 chairs. Large sliding doors open onto the patio with comfortable furniture for alfresco dining or simply relaxing. There is also a large flat screen LCD TV with satellite channels and a DVD player with a good selection of movies. Bedrooms: The Master bedroom has a king size bed with luxury en suite and a private balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the fantastic sea view and sunsets. All bedrooms have been carefully furnished so they are comfortable and relaxing and have fitted wardrobes, lamp tables and mirrors with shelves. The remaining 2 bedrooms are twin rooms and have balconies with sea and mountain views. Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower, wc. 2 remaining bedrooms share second bathroom with bath/shower and wc. Water pump and immersion heater ensures powerful, hot showers at all times. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot with sheets and blankets from John Lewis and Mothercare and a highchair and Avent steriliser from Mothercare are provided free of charge. WIFI is available for a small additional charge. There is air conditioning to all rooms and is included in the price. There is also a safety deposit box for valuable items.

The exterior of the villa features a large and beautifully landscaped garden with a variety of tropical plants and trees. You will find Palm trees, hibiscus hedging with bright red flowers and pink white and purple bourgainvillea. The most wonderful fragrance comes from the orange and lemon trees growing next to the patio. The garden has a large area of level lawn which is ideal for children's play and a safe and private swimming pool, (there is a selection of toys and inflatables for the pool). There are two large private patios, one which is directly outside the kitchen's french doors which is the perfect spot for breakfast as it catches the morning sun and the other is at the rear of the villa and has plenty of comfortable furniture including a dining table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining and a garden sofa suite with cushions which is a lovely place for relaxing evening drinks. A full size BBQ will also help you to make the most of the warm evenings. There are 6 comfortable sun loungers with cushions and matching drinks tables for relaxing around the pool. This garden provides the perfect place to relax and unwind. A private gated driveway leads to a shady car port with space for 2 cars. The villa is just a 3 minute stroll to the best sandy beach in Coral Bay and within 10 minutes walk of the restaurants shops and bars of Coral Bay. Therefore a car is not necessary. The villa is also just a 3 minute walk from the 5 star Coral Beach Hotel where day passes can be purchased for access to the indoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, spa and all the outdoor pool areas at very reasonable rates. Spa treatments are also available at the nearby 5 star Thalassa Hotel and; Spa. Golf, horse riding, fishing, scuba diving, Go-Karting and other watersports are also available close by.

Why can't I call Marina (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marina (the owner) a message.

If Marina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
