The Villa is located in Peyia (Pegia) and is in a tranquil quiet location with stunning panoramic mountain and sea views. The villa is set inside its own grounds with surrounding landscaped gardens to the front, side and rear of the property. The villa also benefits from having its own private swimming pool with pool side shower and large surrounding terraced area with pool loungers and pool towels. The pool is larger than most as it is 10M X 5M and very enjoyable with all the family.

This fabulous villa has 3 very spacious large bedrooms all with air conditioning sleeping up to 6 people. The master bedroom is fully furnished with en-suite bathroom and plenty of wardrobes and storage. Large patio doors opening out on to a large furnished balcony sun terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens with sea and mountain views. 2nd bedroom fully furnished and again very spacious with plenty of wardrobes for storage. There are two single beds which can also be put together making large double bed with mattress topper and cover for added comfort. Large patio doors opening out on to the same sun terrace as the master bedroom which is great when you have small children. 3rd bedroom fully furnished and again very spacious with plenty of wardrobes for storage. There are two single beds which can also be put together making large double bed with mattress topper and cover for added comfort.

There is also a large family bathroom upstairs which has been furnished with a bath and a shower. The bathroom is accessible from the upstairs spacious landing area giving access to all bedrooms and outside balcony terraces.

On entrance to the villa once inside the main front door you really do get that wow factor with its very spacious open plan layout. Large hallway entrance looking on to the fully furnished spacious living area with TV system allowing fantastic viewing from feature movies to children's Disney movies, UK TV and much, much more. There is also internet access / WiFi, magazines, books and DVDs. Very spacious dining area for all the family to get together and enjoy family meals. Kitchen area again very spacious and very well equipped with a range of units and work surfaces, oven, hob, fridge / freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron & board and everything you need to cook if you wish. There is also a ground floor toilet and washroom located near the entrance to the villa.

There is also a large furnished sun terrace overlooking the pool area which is equipped with a patio table and chairs seating 6 people. This is perfect for alfresco dining and is accessible through the living room and dinning room patio doors. There is also a BBQ provided at the villa which is located down at the poolside.

Outside is the real treat with a larger than average pool. 10 X 5m with sun terracing all the way around furnished with sunbeds & parasol. There is also a poolside shower which is great to use.

Please feel free to contact our management with any concerns you may have as they will be happy to help you and are available 24 / 7 Optional Services Available on Request, Meet and greet service available for a tutorial of the apartment and complex. Car Hire / Airport transfers can be arranged, Standard 9 Item Food Welcome Packs, Deluxe 9 Item Food Welcome Packs, Food Platters / Sandwiches, Special Requests such as the following: flowers / fruit baskets / wine / alcohol. Bed linen and towels provided (extra linen and towels provided at an extra cost) Mid-Term Clean available, Mid-Term Laundry Linen change available, Cot and high-chair available upon request. The villa will be cleaned and prepared freshly for your arrival to the highest standards, all beds made with clean fresh bed linen. Towels provide for each guest such as a bath towel, beach towel, pool towel, there will be a hand towel supplied in each of the bathrooms and bath mats etc. (If your stay is less than 1 week, you will incur the cleaning & laundry linen charges). This is charged to ourselves by our management). If you wish to have more linen or towels during your stay, this can be supplied at an extra cost, We can also provide you with cleaning during your stay or even fresh bed linen if requested when booking the villa If you do not book the cleaning or linen service then this can always be arranged when at the villa by contacting our property manager who will be happy to help. Please remember this is a non smoking property and smoking is prohibited inside this villa, if you wish to smoke please do so outside.

You can also request a meet & greet service where you will be met at the villa and shown around, our management can then answer any questions or concerns that you may have. We can arrange your taxi transfer from the airport to the villa with a very reputable taxi company that do all our transfers who we have used many times. We can provide you with food welcome packs if you are arriving very late or special requests if you have any.

A beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location. Thank you Andy for a lovely welcome the villa was so clean and fresh. The pool is lovely so nice and private, looks beautiful after sunset when the pool lights come on. Our family have loved every minute. Highly recommend this villa and will be returning very soon. Absolutely stunning.

Just returned from a lovely relaxing 2 week stay in this villa. The host Andrew was there to meet us on arrival shown us round and gave us a few tips on things to do and places to eat nearby. He then gave us his number for any issues and left us to unwind after a long day. The villa is pretty modern but a few minor things need updating or replacing which again Andrew was in the process of doing between stays etc. The pool was fantastic(and warm) with a beautiful garden area and there is a gas BBQ there so most evenings were spent on the balcony. Peyia centre is about a 20 minute walk away with a few resteraunts and bars to choose from. Coral Bay is about a 40 minute walk down a pretty steep hill (10 euro in taxi) so I would say if you do want to get out and about a car is essential !!!! Overall a very pleasant stay in a nice villa with peaceful surroundings and a 5 minute drive away from nightlife !!!

Lovely villa situated in Peyia, slightly off beaten track so we’d recommend hiring a car. Nice elevated position so lovely views. Villa is big and spacious and has everything you need to make it a home from home. Our hosts Andrew and Sian were great, Andrew met us at villa to show us round and Sian was always on hand to answer our queries. A lovely welcome pack was much appreciated on arrival. The pool area could be doing with some additions eg roman steps, new liner and more shades but Andrew said this was work in progress. We’d certainly return to this villa and have already recommended it to friends
