The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 twin and 1 single on the first floor. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC also on the first floor. Separate downstairs WC. Lounge: with coal effect oil fired burner, flatscreen TV, DVD, Freeview, video and hi-fi. Kitchen/diner: finished to remain in keeping with the traditional finish of the property, offering cooker and extractor hood, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Outside: modest enclosed garden reached via the dining room offering garden furniture and gas BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car and further roadside parking available. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking or pets within the property. Location: gated children's play area just opposite the property offering football area and play equipment. Beach 35 miles, shop and pubs within walking distance.
