The CopaView Beach House is a unique coastal retreat with a Hamptons feel perfect for both summer and winter getaways. This luxurious property is only 120 mtrs (3mins walk) from the golden sands and clear blue waters of beautiful Copacabana beach and has breath taking ocean and beach views. It's also a fabulous place for whale watching during migration periods form June - September.

The property is full of classic Aussie coastal charm and character and has just been completely renovated. There is a gorgeous sandstone fireplace surrounded by two large cosy leather lounges perfect for snuggling up on cold winter nights, a generous open-plan entertainers kitchen so you are still part of the action and cooking is a dream, an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a fun day on the beach and quality appliances and fittings throughout.

No expense has been spared plus a lot of thought and planning has gone into creating this ultimate beach-side holiday getaway.

Purpose-built, the CopaView has numerous indoor and outdoor entertaining areas over three levels. Enjoy dinner and cocktails on the balcony overlooking the ocean, or BBQ under the stars on the back deck or in winter you may prefer to dine at the large oak dining table next to the fireplace. Enjoy glorious sunsets, spot whales and dolphins and watch surfers on the waves all from the house or on the balconies.

The spacious floor plan creates a welcoming casual ambiance so that different ages can occupy different areas at the same time, or get together to share a meal, play ping pong or play games.

Each living areas has a large flat screen TV and the separate Rumpus room downstairs with Wii, Nintendo and Xbox is perfect for kids and teenagers (and great for adults as it can be closed off to minimise noise).

The top level lounge area is an adults retreat and opens to a huge balcony, a bar area and a second smaller kitchen (also with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and wine fridge).

The tournament quality ping-pong table is located in the car port and offers young and old hours of entertainment.

The house features 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 13 people. A sofa in the Rumpus room can be used as an extra single bed. The property is perfect for relaxed family holidays, small groups and corporate retreats and is only 2 mins walk to Copacabana village shops, cafes, playground and beach.

Getting around

Copacabana is located on the beautiful New South Wales Central Coast between Avoca Beach and McMasters Beach, and is surrounded by Bouddi National Park, about 15 minutes drive from Terrigal, 60-90 minutes drive from Sydney, and offers all the action (or relaxation) without the noisy crowds. Once you have arrived you don't need a vehicle as the house is only a few minutes walk to the shops with cafes, convenience store, pharmacy, take-away shops, hairdresser, bottle shop and more. There is a bus service but it is much easier to arrive by private transport and for trips into Avoca (local cinema, restaurants and paddle boards), Terrigal (boutiques), Erina Fair (shopping and ice rink) or to explore the beautiful area surrounding you.

Interaction with guest

Entry is via a key pad so there are no keys to worry about. Hotel quality linen (bath towels, hand towels, bath mats etc) and general toiletries (hand and body soaps, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper as well as cleaning products) are all supplied so just arrive, unpack and relax! Beach towels can be provided at an additional cost of $15 p/p.

House rules

The property has just been completely renovated so we appreciate your care in looking after it. Please ensure the new french floor boards are not damaged eg. wipe spills immediately and only wear flat shoes inside the house (without stiletto or sharp heels). Please remember to turn off the air conditioner, gas fire and lights and lock up whenever leaving the house. If using the dryer please leave the cupboard doors and louvred window open for fire prevention.
